post-seminar sales ! reinforcement program $

After completing The Art of Negotiating for Sales, the Institute offers a valuable post-seminar reinforcement program ! that aims to enhance performance and ! deliver on-going results !
The program begins with an orientation session, led by the same instructor ! who presented the initial training. The instructor will either come on-site, or ! Host a webinar that guides sales managers through an outline of the post-! seminar program, demonstrating how the application of the materials ! provided can be most effectively applied with their sales team.!

The Skill Building component is a set of 12 modules that show participants how to further enhance their skills in critical aspects of the sales negotiating process. Each module explores a different one of these aspects. This enables the sales professional to create an ongoing list of what to do in their own negotiations. Included videos demonstrate how to use each module. In the Five-Disc Audio Program, the instructor delivers valuable insights that build upon the concepts and skills covered in the original seminar. An 18-page workbook containing exercises and graphics from the original seminar will accompany the audio program as a supplement and guide. The entire audio program can also be downloaded as a series of .mp3 files for play on iPods, iPads, and other mobile audio devices

The Customer Application Toolkit is a set of 12 editable Microsoft Word documents that each represent a critical negotiating tool, along with videos that demonstrate how to use them. These tools collectively form the backbone of a successful sales negotiation. The sales team will use these tools to input key information about their ongoing negotiations, providing a uniform system that enables them to strategize with their managers. Managers can then track the success of their sales team, see how their skills are developing and monitor the improvements of negotiation outcomes. Participants will receive a book of Simulation Exercises --each developed from real, Fortune 500-company negotiation situations that our instructors have helped facilitate. Additional customized simulations can be written as well. Over the years, the Institutes experts have recorded hundreds of sales negotiation scripts, that weve combined to create a comprehensive, 120-page Dialogue Guide of what to say, when to say it, and how to say it for all conceivable sales negotiation situations. This valuable resource has proven to be highly useful for actual conversations and negotiations that participants encounter on a daily basis.

post-seminar procurement! reinforcement program!

& value assessment $
Participating in a customized program with real-life practice negotiations and other powerful learning tools will validate and reinforce each participants# newly acquired skills. !
Our seminars provide a strong foundation of skills that are able to be built upon by practice and an optional Post-Seminar Reinforcement Program with the instructor. The interactive exercises in the seminar ensure that participants have interpreted the curriculum fully and appropriately and can correctly apply what they#ve learned once training has ended. !

reinforcement program!

value assessment!

Each of the modules in the Reinforcement Program is designed to reinforce a key concept in the procurement negotiation training program. " Every other week, participants are given an assignment directly related to the seminar material and their negotiating activity during that period. ! " Participants e-mail the instructor and each other the outcome of their efforts prior to the weekly or biweekly teleconference. ! " The instructor reviews the responses and discusses his analysis during a one-hour teleconference with the participants. ! " Participants discuss any issues or problems that they have encountered as well as their upcoming negotiations.!

Part of the nal module of the Reinforcement program is a Value Assessment that reveals the benets and exactly how successful the training was to the organization#s bottom line. ! " In the Value Assessment, we take a candid look at the organization#s performance post-training (i.e. by comparing current renewal contracts to the year before) and discuss exactly how the application of the skills learned in training has directly led to successes and company savings. ! " See how the terms, conditions, and prices negotiated have improved in comparison to the prior contracts as a result of training.!
