Q. How do I know which countries I can use my new HTC Touch Pro2?
A. The HTC Touch Pro2 operates on CDMA, GSM, and UMTS networks and will work everywhere Sprint offers international
wireless voice and data service (185+ countries for voice and 140+ for data). Check www.sprint.com/sww for coverage
details and pricing information.

Q. Can I use my HTC Touch Pro2 in Japan?

A. Yes. The HTC Touch Pro2 will operate on the CDMA network for voice service and on the UMTS network for both voice
and data service.

Q. Will texting work on my HTC Touch Pro2 while traveling outside of the US?
A. If you are in the United States you can send and received text messages to someone who is in another country
(provided the other user subscribes to a supporting network). While traveling outside of the US Sprint customers will not
be able to send or receive text messages.

Q. How do I set up my HTC Touch Pro2 to use voice and/or data services abroad?
A. Sprint international wireless service must be enabled. Customers can contact Sprint Worldwide Care via Chat or email
from www.sprint.com/international or can call 1-888-226-7212 (option 2). Sprint employees can request international
services be enabled on behalf of customers by sending request to sww@sprint.com.
