Tomato Chutney: Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until liquid is reduced and tomatoes softened. Place cups into a baking dish and ll with hot water to come half way up the sides of the cups. 4. Bake for 20-35 minutes, or until custard is set. It will have a slight wobble when shaken.
