DESCRIPTION
Special device for rivet brake shoes and clutch discs for cars, vans and others. They are
the most suitable for rivet brake shoes and clutch discs of any kind of vehicles thanks to
their speed and power, as well as their easy regulation of the distance between points (at its
maximum point there is enough space for the brake shoes with the highest central nerve).
The riveting machine RY-1000 has been designed and produced with the latest place-cut
production processes through laser technology, acheiving an excellent finish. Likewise, it
is equipped with new pneumatic cylinders, gaining riveting speed and it does not need so
much working air flow as the previous series.

It does not require any special care, it is enough to maintain the pneu-
matic parts in movement clean and grease them at least once
a week. The filtering group vases must always have oil and
be exempt from water.
This machine comes with a subjection stand, achieving inde-
pendence from the installation place, thus improving the previous features.

The RY-1030 riveting machine has a new innovative die-punch base that creates a
perfect holding and grip, with which possible deviations or imbalances in the riveting
process and the brake shoe coverings are avoided.
It does not require any special care, and it is equiped with a new pneumatic lung which
does not require a maintanence unit.
