T+L+DIFFUSION D'ALG+RIE IS RENEWING THEIR LONGWAVE STATION
IN TIPAZA --- Berlin, Germany and Turgi, Switzerland; Nov 5, 2013
Tldiffusion d'Algrie (TDA), the national broadcaster of Algeria,
selected TRANSRADIO and Ampegon to replace the 1.5 MW longwave
transmission system located close to the city of Tipaza in July this year.
Meanwhile all administrative matters were settled and the contract is put
into force. The project was offered in cooperation between Transradio and
Ampegon. The TRANSRADIO TRAM line long- and mediumwave transmitters which
will be used for the project are well known for their robustness,
efficiency, reliability and superior DRM performance.
All the antenna modernization works will be carried out by the Ampegon
team in Schifferstadt, Germany which is highly experienced in designing,
refurbishing and upgrading antennas to full DRM compatibility.
"TDA feels confident to choose the right partners for the Tipaza longwave
project as TRANSRADIO and Ampegon were trustworthy partners in all
previous projects fulfilling the requirements of our broadcasting
organization. We look forward to a successful realization of this
challenging project using the experience of the major transmitter and
antenna manufacturers in the world." said Mr. Hoyou when the contract was
signed.
Jochen Huber, CEO of TRANSRADIO stated: "TRANSRADIO is proud to be chosen
for such extensive and ambitious projects by TDA. It proofs that our focus
on reliability, quality and customer service is still honoured."
Josef Troxler, CEO of Ampegon stated: "This project is an excellent proof
that the collaboration with TRANSRADIO is leading to win-win positions
for both companies with full added value for the end-user to get a
complete and integrated system."
The Tipaza longwave transmitter is operated on 252 kHz broadcasting with
1500 kW on day and 750 kW on night time and is receivable in French all
over the western Mediterranean area.

9560 0230-0300 DHA Hindi
On Dec 11 Ste Cooper wrote, looking at
<http://www.hfcc.org/data/schedbybrc.php?seas=B13&broadc=BBC>
several new registrations have been added from the 6th December for BBC in
English during the day and until midnight for BBC frequencies for Africa.
Could this be for Mandela coverage or an admission that the cuts to the
service to Africa were wrong?
Such an admission would not happen (it would be called "refocusing"
anyway). As the additions started the day after Madiba passed away, this
is mostly going to be special event coverage.

"Radio Dardasha 7 (Chat from Arabic), new station from Jan. 17"
might rather be regarded as new on shortwave.
It turns out to be a programme of "Back to God Ministries"

a ministry of the Christian Reformed Church.
If the google translation of the
<www.dardasha7.com-site>

CAMBODIA

918 kHz OFF AIR - NEW 600 KW TRANSMITTER BEING INSTALLED

The Ministry of Information has swapped an 11-hectare plot of land in

Phnom Penh's Meanchey district, which was previously the site of National
Radio AM 918 kHz, with a property development firm in exchange for the
construction of a new radio tower and transmitter on a 20-hectare plot of
land about 25 km outside the city. The government's only AM radio station,
on 918 kHz, has been shut down since its Phnom Penh facilities were torn
down in September 2012.
Information Minister Mr Kanharith declined to estimate when the new AM 918
facility would be up and running, but said that the state AM radio station
remained "very important" to spreading information to Cambodia's rural
areas, which often do not have access to TV or FM radio feeds.
The swap was also necessary, Mr Kanharith said, because without the access
to capital made possible by Khun Sea Group, the government would not have
been able to upgrade its 20-year-old transmitter, which was broadcasting
at only 80 kW, well under its capacity of 200 kW.
With the new equipment purchased by the Khun Sea Group, National Radio AM
918 will be broadcasting at 600 kW, allowing it to reach the entire
country as well as large Cambodian populations living in southern parts of
Vietnam and eastern parts of Thailand, Mr. Kanharith said.
(The Cambodian Daily 18 Oct via Alan Pennington-UK, Dec BrDXC UK
Communication via dxld)
The old 200 kW transmitter at Steung Meanchey on 918 kHz (last running at

80 kW) has been switched off. A new site with a new 600 kW tx and a new
mast will be built "about 25kM outside the city". At least in that country
they recognise the usefulness of MW to reach a mass audience.

CUBA
Radio Rebelde on new 5050 kHz. Radio Rebelde on Dec 8 at 1020 UT on
new 5050, instead of 5025 kHz. Used remote receivers in Canada, USA and
Spain.
(DX MIX News, Ivo Ivanov-BUL, via wwdxc BC-DX TopNews Dec 8)
But was back on 5025 kHz on Dec 9, 18-19 UT. wb.
5050-, Dec 8 at 1245 UT, something new with song in Spanish, good signal;
first I check 6000 kHz for // RHC and it is not. Still no 5025 kHz
Rebelde, so ex-that? Yes! 1248 UT quotation from rev-hero Antonio Maceo.
More music, 1254 quick capsule about palabras such as "abracadabra", in
'Revista Rebelde', then something about Mandela, 1255 more music; 1300 UT
no formal ID but 'Las Noticias' with typical sounders; 1302 brief

"running-water" ute QRM, but otherwise totally in the clear.

What was wrong with 5025?
Escaping all that QuillabambaRM? Then another quote from "El Titan de
Bronce", Antonio Maceo; are we around his anniversary, or something? 1303
UT already back to music; 1328 still audible but weakening past sunrise.
If Rebelde also uses 5050 kHz in the evening, it will collide with WWRB,
which is on irregularly in USB. Perhaps Arnie thought it was clear by
monitoring on an occasion when WWRB was absent. WWRB is entitled by FCC
and HFCC to run 5050 anytime between 2200 and 1300, but never does so past
0500. This is good news for Solomons-seekers on 5020-, but which goes off
circa 1200.
Ivo Ivanov was hearing 5050 kHz as early as 1020 UT on remote receivers.
Wolfgang Bueschel got this from Arnie Coro on Dec 3:
"The Radio Rebelde 5025 kiloHertz frequency is on 24 hours with 50 kW and
its omnidirectional NVIS high vertical departure angle antenna. It
normally shows a high reliability, but it may have been off the air during
the recent storm that was very strong in the La Habana and Artemisa
provinces.
The Radio Rebelde transmitter is located at the Bauta transmitting station
that is now part of the new Artemisa province Radio Havana Cuba's Tropical
Band present frequency is on 5040 kiloHertz and it is registered at the
ITU to start at this time of the year at 2200 UTC and be on the air up to
0700 UT. The 100 kW transmitter uses also an NVIS antenna.
In the near future, as solar cycle 24 moves into a period of much lower
activity, we may perhaps begin to use the 90 meters band, following a past
experience by Radio Rebelde on registered frequency of 3365 kiloHertz that
proved to work very well for the NVIS service during the last years of
solar cycle 22."
Maybe he will say more about this on today's DXUL. Wolfgang adds on Dec 7:
"5025 / 5040 It seems now after the storm, Bauta NVIS antenna has been
damaged. RHC heard 2200-0700 UT on Dec 5/6/7, and tx switched - SEEMINGLY
- to 5025 kHz, and heard on remote SDR unit in Florida-USA at 0703 til
2200 UT. At 2046 UT Dec 7 5025 kHz Rebelde, on Football soccer World Cup
Brasil plan, "nuestro pais, del mundo del deportes, Campionato del Mundo,"
commentary at 2046 UT, S=9+15dB in Florida remote rx unit of N9JY. Now,
probably in use, only Quivican TITAN installation is some kilometers south
easterly. See Google Maps

NVIS Near Vertical Incidence Skywave antenna 5025/5040 kHz.

(Glenn Hauser-OK-USA, dxld Dec 8)
Yes, Rebelde was on air also 07-09 UT slot Dec 5. Each strong S=9+30dB
here in Germany, Cuba 5025 and WWCR Nashville 4840 kHz.
(wb, wwdxc BC-DX TopNews Dec 5)
Glenn, didn't log RHC past few days, but reports widely in German A-DX ng
of German/Austrian listener to nice music from Cuba origin:

RHC 5040 switches off at 0700 UT Dec 5 / 6 / 7 ,

and R Rebelde opens around 0703 kHz on 5025 kHz ... so my guess, looks
like Bauta antenna is off - at present, and Rebelde uses also the NVIS ant
at Quivican Titan site then ?
(wb, wwdxc BC-DX TopNews Dec 7)
CUBA
5025, on Dec 10 at 0626 UT, R. Rebelde is still off the air. But it
is on with VG signal in Spanish at 1157 UT, no longer on 5050 kHz which is
looking more and more like a one-time mistake. However, as Wolfgang
Buschel has also noted, Karel Honzik in Czechia replies to a previous
report of mine on HCDX at a time when my eyes & ears are usually shut:
"Hi, it seems that Cuba has only one transmitter [and/or antenna]
available for 5025 + 5040 kHz at the moment. On Dec 9 there was RHC in
English on 5040 until 0700 (UT), then retuned to 5025 and continued with
Radio Rebelde. Today Dec 10 the same schedule: RHC in English on 5040
until 0705, then retuned to 5025, the English modulation remains until
0707, then the modulation changes seamlessly into Rebelde".
(Glenn Hauser-OK-USA, dxld Dec 10)
Yes only RHC 5040 kHz at 0445 UT Dec 12 S=9+30dB signal strength, but from
0705 UT noted Rebelde on 5025 kHz instead. Similar signal of the late
Ukrainian made transmitter of Progreso 4765 kHz heard on extended 04-05 UT
slot Dec 12.
RHC Dec 12 also at 0456 UT 6000 En, 6060 Sp, 6070 Sp, 6100 already open
carrier on air, latter ID in English at 0500 UT (though Aoki wrong listed
on x6125).

Last time observed here on SW on Dec 3 via only single tx on
9420 kHz at 0000-0050 UT with prgr ERP (Eliniki Radio Phonia) in Greek
// MWs 1260, 1404, and 1512 kHz.
15 minutes earlier on Dec 2 were heard four different prgrs in Greek:
ERP on via 3 MWs {I suppose, on 1260, 1404, and 1512 kHz, wb.}; another
with non stop folk songs on SW 9420 kHz; third on MW 729 kHz with prgr
called Eliniki Demostos Radio Phonia (but on Dec 1 their ID was Eliniki
Demokratya Radio Phonia); and fourth with non stop western hits songs in
English (like Donna Summer's 'I Will Survive') on MW Thessaloniki 1044 kHz
plus fifth with strong carrier on MW Athens 666 kHz.
On 1044 kHz are irregulary morning and evening such of concerts. Another
Greek speaking or playing Greek mx stations are rather private, like these
on 792, 1188, 1368, 1386, 1566 kHz etc and many others in the X-band. On
Dec 1st at 0400 UT on 9420 kHz // 1260, 1404 and 1512 kHz the ID was
"Radiophonikos Statmos Macedonia".

I tried multiple browsers, but couldn't get anything to play. I just get a

I used to listen to Kol Israel via WRN, but apparently they're

MYANMAR
Not heard were 5985.00 nor 5985.78v kHz, frequencies of Myanmar
Radio. Believe the off frequency tx is still down with problems, as the
5985.00 kHz tx is still occasionally in use, but recently has been off
more than on.
7200.08 Myanmar Radio with rather strange happenings. First checked at
1248 UT, expecting to hear the normal 1250 UT sign off, but did not
happen; instead off at much later 1336* UT. Certainly did not expect to
hear them again today on this frequency, so surprised to indeed find them
from 1409 to 1453* UT. At 1430 UT, when they went into their Distance
Learning Service lectures in vernacular, I remembered to check for //
5915 kHz and yes was in fact clearly //. After 1453 UT the 5915 kHz
frequency continued on. Perhaps a one day anomaly?
(Ron Howard-CA-USA, DXplorer Dec 5)
Burma? on 9730.00 kHz.
What is almost certain to be Burma is being heard on 9730.00 kHz from
around 1000 until off air at 1130 UT, and also by Mauno Ritola in Finland,
who has heard some English at around 1015 UT. Today (Dec 5) there was
uninterrupted pop music when I tuned in at 1020 UT, a musical type of
fanfare at 1030 UT (+ a few secs) and then talk by a female and male
voice. Local noise prevented a positive ID of the language, but my guess
was Burmese from intonation.
The actual sign-on or fade in is not yet known, but I could not hear it at
0900+ UT. At my location in NW England the signal had faded down
considerably before 1130 UT.
[later] Re Myanmar - I did hear this one some time ago when it was using
9731 kHz, but now it appears to be exactly on 9730.00 kHz each day. It was
on air today (Dec 6) when tuned at 0950 UT, but I didn't hear it three
days ago when I tried at 0900 UT. It is possible that 9730 kHz is used
from a much earlier time {i.e. 0730 ?} but that it is only fading in here
later. Propagation is much like New Zealands signal on 9765 kHz - with
rapid fading - so my thinking is that it is following the grey line by
short path which would take it northwards then down into Europe.
Current peak signal strength here is around 1015-1040 UT, and then it
starts to go down hill. But it may last longer as the daylight hours
continue to decrease. Today, the peak signal was about the same as
yesterday, and not really good enough to understand much of it through the
local noise floor. Another from that area was also audible today Vietnam
9635.735 kHz approximately. That one was slightly stronger than 9730 kHz.
I've been trying to hear Myanmar on 9460 and 9590 kHz but there's no trace

of any signal - perhaps too early sign off for them to propagate. The 9
MHz band has a lot of Asian signals audible in our mornings - most seem to
be Chinese, but Japan and both Koreas also.

Radio Green Eyes, 25900, Moscow, Friday Dec 6 at 12-15 UT

MOSCOW TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY ON 25900 kHz.

Thanks to a tip from Andrew Tett-UK, student station at Moscow Technical
University is currently audible on 25900 kHz with variable signal here.
Andrew reports that it signed on at 1200 UT. Modulation is AM, audio
rather tinny. Fair signal here but also a lot of fading, in and out of the
noise. Best reception here on the Wellbrook ALA 1530 loop, very weak on
the long wire.
DX Mix reported in May 2013 that the station is called "Radio Green Eyes"
and is run by students of the Moscow Technical University of
Communications and Informatics (MTUCI). Transmitter power is 400 watts.
They normally broadcast every Friday from 12 to 15 UT on 25900 kHz.
Thanks to an increase in sunspots these higher frequencies seem to be
propagating quite well at the moment in the daytime.
(Dave Kenny - Caversham Berks-UK, Nov 22, BrDXC-UK yg via dxld Dec 6)
Here's how it was sounding in NoWeLondon UK at 1500 UT:
<http://youtu.be/L3kgVe5e0FY>
(Stuart satnipper, Nov 22, ibid.)
The "best" result on 25900 AM I have when using a vertical antenna; still
it's very weak. The Russian taxi guys in narrow FM around this frequency
are a lot stronger. Btw: If you want to send them a reception report or
just have a question write in Russian (web translators help).
(Harald Kuhl, Germany, ibid.)
Having spent some time trying to find out what I can on the Internet about
this station, it would appear interestingly that Radio "Green Eyes" refers
to the old valve magic eye indicator. As Dave mentioned, it seems to be
rather bass-light in sound and relatively low-level in modulation (bdxcac,
ibid.)
Could make it to N America if 10 and 12m hams can, if we can remember to
check Fridays before 1500 UT; how about holiday skeds if any? (gh)
RUSSIA
25900 on Dec 6 at 1406 UT and later chex to 1455 UT find *no*
trace of the Moscow student station, Radio Green Eyes, which is reported
to broadcast only at 12-15 UT Fridays. I reminded the ~700 members of the
dxld yg about this a few hours earlier and hope someone could hear it,
possibly beyond Europe. Before 1500 UT, 12m was starting to open with SSB
hams from somewhere, but not 10m. Need a better F2-propagation Friday to
have a chance at this. Nick Sharpe in the BrDXC-UK yg did report at
1215 UT today:
Radio MTUCI 25900 kHz, 1200 UT, Sinpo 35333 Very reasonable reception
right now of this Friday lunchtime / afternoon station in the Russian
language being heard west of London on a longwire antenna.
I understand that their mailing address is
Radio MTUCI,
Moscow Technical University of Communication and Informatics,

I have heard some western music on the station and also electronic music
but has anyone had a reply from them?"
Harald Kuhl, Germany, replied: "A while ago I received a reply from the
man behind this station, but this wasn't for a reception report. This was
all in (google-)Russian, no luck when writing in English".

(wb.)

gruendende Gesellschaft namens Rossija Segodnja gehen.
Prost Mahlzeit also.

RUSSIA
The Mega Propaganda Machine. {automatic translation}
Putin has the legal dissolution of the state.
News agency RIA Novosti and the international radio station Voice of

Russia.
For most Russian media representatives Vladimir Putin came offensive
unexpectedly. By decree of the President decreed on Monday on the website
of Kremlin the legal dissolution of the state-run news agency RIA Novosti
and the Russian radio station Golos Rossii abroad (Voice of Russia). The
editors seemed to have not been informed previously to be. RIA Novosti and
merge the Voice of Russia occured, and will continue under the name
International News Agency Segodnja Rossiya (Russia Today).
The Mega propaganda machine is internationally on a more positive
perception of Russia and a friendlier image work. Also RIA Novosti
reported since the foundation in 1941 after the German invasion the USSR then as "Sovinformbuero" - especially for foreign auditoriums. The head of
the presidential administration in the Kremlin, Sergei Ivanov, justified
the reorganization with saving and efficiency improvement.
In fact, should the ideological objectives outweigh, the longtime Putin
confidant also did not conceal: Russia leads a independent policy and
defend with all his hardness national Interests. "Not only the truth must
be told, it is also so be many people as possible", said Ivanov. Recent
Technologies and timely language are doing to help.
Even print media such as newspaper "Rossiyskaya Gazeta", the government
and the Journal Rodina (Homeland) are affected by the decree. The
centralization of Media landscape amounts to a further restriction of
press freedom and diversity beyond. So compares the chairman of the Moscow
Journalists Association, Pavel Gusev, the actions of a "revival Soviet
principles". Propagation of Kremlin policy was a task of RIA Nowostis,
also in the recent years. The agency served beyond that, but also as a
platform that controversial opinions a forum bot. As the chief editor
Svetlana Mironyuk managed, to control the company through a press hostile
environment, without significant loss of quality, was for many long been a
mystery.
About the further use of Svetlana Mironyuk, nothing is known. It is clear
however, that all the projects within the reporting Russia are connected,
be adjusted immediately. Director of the newly created state media
apparatus Russia today is Dmitri Kiseljow. The 59-year-old journalist is
the Russian audience also familiar since the early 1990s years. Also
familiar as a moderator of political broadcasts.
Kiseljow already served under a variety of men. But lately doing in as
particularly mordacious forth partisan of Putin. He is a cynic who best
educational requirements brings, and the mouthpiece of the mob makes. In a
eulogy for the 60th birthday of President Putin, he saw among the
predecessors of the Kremlin bosses in the 20th Century only one, that of
the "Size of his work", Putin comparable would be: Soviet dictator Josef
Stalin.
The centralization of the media landscape is running on another
limitation, the freedom of the press.

Dear listener,
To improve listening conditions of our program, Radio Taiwan International

In this context, we wish to test a "new broadcast frequency to Europe" on
a trial basis in order to assess and measure the results.
During the "weekend of 14-15 December 2013," the French service program
will be also broadcast on 6130 kHz (1900-2000 UT).
We need your thoughts and opinions as soon as possible after these two

Monitoring Request from WRMI Okeechobee site.

As you may know, WRMI has just moved its transmitter site from Miami to
Okeechobee, Florida, to the old WYFR transmitter site. We are currently
transmitting two hours per day from 2000-2200 UTC on 15440 kHz at 44
degrees to Europe. We would be very interested to know if the signal is
making it into Europe at that hour, or if we should perhaps try to move it
back a few hours. The program is The Overcomer Ministry in English.
We would also be interested in reports from Europe regarding our
transmissions to Africa, which are:
0400-0800 UTC on 9355 kHz
1400-2000 UTC on 17790 kHz, and
2000-2300 UTC on 15190 kHz
The programming from 0400-0800 UT is The Overcomer Ministry, and the
programming from 1400-2300 UT is Pan American Broadcasting's Radio Africa
Network.
Any observations that DXers in Europe might have about these transmissions
would be most welcome, even if just some brief comments about your
reception (or lack thereof).
Many thanks for your help!

USA
Listened online Dec 8 to this week's 'Viva Miami' from WRMI, wherein
Jeff White gave more details about the Okeechobee setup:
Attention, Florida SWLs [or those further who might travel, I assume].
You're welcome to attend the Grand Opening of WRMI Okeechobee, for the
inauguration, open house and reception, this Thursday Dec 12 at 1-5 pm
local (EST 18-22 UT).
(Jeff also told Terry Krueger earlier that SWLs are welcome to visit any
time, but call ahead to arrange when Jeff will be there, 3 or 4 days a
week).

Address is 10400 NW 240th St, Okeechobee FL 34972, usa

which is 2.5 hours north of Miami (I wonder if Jeff commutes from Miami on
the Turnpike, or I-95, or US 27/412, the more direct route.)
Then Jeff reads another pre-history of WRMI, from Boston/Scituate onwards,
and more detail toward the Okeechobee end. It's the largest SWBC
transmitter site in the western hemisphere in terms of transmitters and
antennas. Transmitter building has 16,000 square feet. Entire site is
slightly more than one square mile, 660 acres.
Transmitter info: some are entirely air-cooled, some water, some vapor
phase. There are 12 x 100 kW, and 1 x 50 kW. All are high-level platemodulated.
2 x 100 kW Continentals
8 x 100 kw composites based on Continental, but built by WYFR engineers, 1
[of which I assume] is retrofitted with solid-state modulator and could be
converted to DRM fairly easily:
3 older Gates and Harris: 1 x 50 kW and 2 x 100 kW
[we still wonder if any of these now date back to Scituate, which?]
23 antennas, consisting of:
4 sizes of double-rhomboids, cousin to the rhombic
3 types of log-periodics
1 dipole curtain with passive reflecting screen
Looking at the plot-plan of the area, the azimuths clockwise around the
compass, types of antennas and target areas:
355 - two LPs, for eastern North America
44 - curtain for Europe
44 - two double rhomboids for Europe
87 - two double rhomboids for Africa centered on Lagos [and Bata!]
140 - long-range LP for Brasil and northern South America
142 - two double rhomboids for Brasil and northern South America
151 - LP for Southern Caribbean, northern South America
160 - two double rhomboids for NoWe and western South America
160 - log periodic for NoWe and western South America
181 - short-range log-periodic for Cuba, plus Central America, NoWe SoAM.
222 - two log-periodics for CeAM / southern Mexico
285 - two LPs, for northern Mexico, western USA
315 - two LPs, for western North America
[that makes 21; must have left out a pair somewhere?? Also, each antenna
should only cover a certain set of adjacent bands, not all, not explained
gh]
(Viva Miami notes by gh for dxld Dec 8)
Long hours of open carrier/dead air the morning of Dec 9:
9955 was OK, still with KBS World Radio instead of Slovakia at 1330 UT,
but at 1410 UT recheck, no modulation, nor any heard past 1500 UT. I left
a receiver on 9955 kHz and another on also-silent 17790 kHz, and nothing
was noted until finally around 1640 UT, tho I was not paying attention
every minute. The BS frequency before 1500 UT, however, 9690 kHz, did not
lose modulation.

EDXC Conference 2014.
The European DX Council has decided to hold its next Conference on
Sep 19-22, 2014 in the Nice area of France organized by DSWCI-member
Christian Ghibaudo.
Instead of having the conference in Nice only, we would like to have it in
two places as it has been a practise already earlier. The first part of
the conference is planned to be held in Tende, a small village
approximately 80 km northeast from Nice. Tende can quite easily be reached
for instance by train from Nice. In addition, having the conference in
Tende we can keep the costs and conference package fees lower. We
shouldn't forget that we DXers are always interested to hear / see
something xtra and unknown. That is why we would like to propose you this
alternative.
The "first and absolutely preliminary programme" could be as follows
Friday, 19 September 2014
- starting 1400 local time arrival in Tende & check in at the hotel
- 1700 EDXC conference check in starts
- 1830-2000: Opening of the conference, some lectures and presentations
- 2000 Dinner on your own
Saturday, 20 September 2014
- 0700-0900 Breakfast
- 0930-1230 EDXC programme
- 1230-1400 Lunch
- 1400-1600 A tour in Tende
- 1630-1830 Woody Allen's film "Radio Days" from 1987.
- 1900 Banquet at the hotel
(Maybe we could have our banquet in Nice on Sunday)

Sunday, 21 September 2014

- 0730-0930 Breakfast
- 1100 Check out from the hotel + the Excursion "Visiting three
countries in one day" via Italy (Ventimiglia?) and Monaco, including
visit to Prince Albert II's palace on the Rock, to Nice & lunch in one
of the places to be visited during the day.
- 1800-1900 Arrival in Nice, check in at the hotel
- Dinner (or Banquet?)
Monday, 22 September 2014
- 0700-0930 Breakfast
- 1000-1500 Excursion in Nice with possible visits at radio stations,
incl. Monte Carlo Radiodiffusion at Col de la Madone.
- 1500 End of the conference.
(Kari Kivekaes-FIN, EDXC SG, and Christian Ghibaudo-F).
We hope that many DSWCI-members will join us!
