Trade: Electrical (ii) Qualification* (a) Essential - B.E / B Tech / Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/EEE/ECE. (b) Desirable - Candidates who are having in-depth knowledge in Electrical Engineering particularly in Machine Maintenance, House wiring etc. with good communication skills.

Experience (a) Essential - At least 3 years experience post qualification at an analogous position in any Industry or public / private limited organization based education institutions or in Industry as trainer. (b) Desirable - Preference will be given to Candidates who have worked for 3 to 4 years in similar capacity. Additional Certification from any renowned organisation or institution in the respective field will be plus point. Ability to communicate in Kannada will be an added advantage.

Scale of Pay - Salary will be at par with Industry Standards so as to recognize and retain the best talent and is not a constraint for deserving candidates. The basic pay range is Rs 15,000/- to Rs 20,000/- with a gross of Rs 26,588/- at lower range of pay for Sr. Engineer position. For Engineers position basic pay range is Rs 12,000/- to Rs 16000/- with a gross of Rs. 21,270/- at lower range of pay Upper age Limit- 35 years, as on 1st Nov, 2013. Upper age limit may be relaxed up to five years for deserving candidates Job Requirement Lead a team of qualified and experienced staff while meeting training deliverables in terms of numbers, timelines and quality. Interfacing with the internal and external Industry and Corporates to identify training needs. Interacting with internal and external experts from industries to discuss best practices, ways and means to improvise training methodologies. Monitor training effectiveness through regular feedbacks and performance scores. Identify and scheduling resources for training Maintenance of training calendars of respective training departments Impart training to trainers and students. Type of Contract The incumbent will be under Full-Time contract initially for two years and can be extended in block of two years. The candidate can be offered the position of Sr. Engineer/Engineer depending on the organizational needs and experience of the candidate.

Trade: Welding (ii) Qualification* and experience (a) Essential- Degree or equivalent in Welding Technology / Civil / Mechanical / Automobile OR National Trade Certificate in the particular trade with three-year experience in the trade after obtaining the certificate. OR National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade with one -year experience in the trade after obtaining the certificate. OR Diploma in Welding Technology / Mechanical / Automobile engineering from reputed institute. (b) Desirable- Preference will be given to the candidates with Industry certifications and undergone internationally recognized courses and having relevant proven track record of achievements in vocational/technical training/technical education fields/ production floors. Trade: Automobile (ii) Qualification* (a) Essential - Engineering Graduate / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or equivalent in Automobile Engineering. (b) Desirable - candidates having in-depth knowledge in Automobile Technology, latest trends in Automobile with good communication skill and dynamic personality (iii) Experience (a) Essential- At least 2 years experience post qualification at an analogous position in any Industry or public / private limited organization based education institutions or in Industry as trainer. (b) Desirable- Preference will be given to highly experienced candidates from Industries or Manufacturing plants or Training or Educational Institutions. Professional certifications from accredited organizations like AWS / IIW / WRI etc., in the case of Welding will be given due weightage. The basic pay range is Rs 10,000/- to Rs 13,500/- with a gross of Rs 19,498/- at lower range of pay for Jr. Engineer position Upper age Limit- 30 years, as on 1st Nov, 2013. Upper age limit may be relaxed by 5 years for deserving candidates Job Requirement (vii) Provides individual and group instruction by means of demonstrations, sketches, explanations and visual aids. Prepares lesson plans, determines instructional methods, and develops administers and grades evaluations in theory and practice of a trade Creates and maintains records of students' attendance, progress, attitude and accomplishments Instructs students in the use of tools of the trade, the proper care and use of materials, and safety precautions Instructs and evaluates students in such trade techniques as machine shop, welding, automobile body repair, electronics and electrical repair, blueprint reading, construction and environmental technology Schedules classes to conform to requirements for trade certificates Assists student in the selection of training courses, in matters of industrial practices and rules, and counsels students on academic problems Monitors student behavior Maintains records and prepares reports and correspondence related to the work Performs related work as assigned Type of Contract The incumbent will be under Full-Time contract initially for two years and can be extended in block of two years.
