Our company is specialized in crude oil refinery machine. We can provide the oil refinery machine from 1 ton to 600 tons. The popular capacity is mini crude oil refine ry from 1-5 tons, small scale oil refinery from 5-20 tons and other oil refinery from 20 -600 tons. Now our palm oil refi nery plant is installing in Congo. Usually the cooking oil refinery includes three parts: deacidification, decolorization and deodorization. For the palm oil refinery, it also ne eds the crude palm oil fractionation part to get higher quality palm oil. In the process of rice bran oil refinery machine, sunflower oil refinery machine and corn germ oil ref inery machine, it needs winterization part to move the wax in the crude oil. We can al so provide waste cooking oil refining plant. Edible oil refinery production line is used for removing the harmful impurities in the crude oil; it can effectively improve cooking oil quality. Using alkali like (NaOH) to neutralize FFA in oil, during this process it will prod uce soapstock, then separating it from the oil. NAOH solution not only neutralizes fre e fatty acid, but also can act with other substances like protein, mucus, phospholipid, pigment. In the batch type and semi-continuous refinery, separating the nigre by sedi mentation method. But in the continuous refinery, we usually use the centrifugal to se parate the soapstock.

Decolorization Section C. Decolorization Section: Because there is pigment in crude oil, the oil color is dark. In order to improv e oil color, we need to using the active clay to absorb the pigment away, then usin g vibrating filter to separate the waste clay. If you want to get light color oil, you n eed to add more active clay. Customer can accord to his requirement to control the oil color.

Deodorization and Dehydration Section D. Deodorization and Dehydration Section: General speaking, the crude oil smells not good, it will affect of oil storge an d selling prices. So we usually use the direct steam to take odors. At the meanwhil

e, there is about 0.5% water content in refined oil, because the high temperature in the deodorization tower or pot, dehydration section is also finished in this part.

Filtering section E. Filtering section: After getting the deodored oil, in order to get the most purified cooking oil, we u sually using the SS safety filter to filter refined oil once again. It will help the final user get the more clean cooking oil.

Dewaxing section F. Dewaxing section: Because there is some wax in the sunflower oil, corn oil, rice bran oil, etc ., if you want to get the first grade cooking oil, de-waxing machine is required.
