Austrian - Serbian BaCHELOR PROGRaMME

Austrian Serbian Tourism Bachelor Programme is undergraduate Programme for Tourism and Leisure Management, organized in cooperation of Singidunum University, Belgrade, Serbia, and IMC University of Applied Sciences, Krems, Austria. Upon successful completion of studies, both IMC University of Applied Sciences and Singidunum University award their degree to students. This Bachelor Programme lasts for 3 years, or 6 semesters. The academic year is structured in two semesters, one winter and one summer semester, each for a duration of 14 weeks. A single teaching unit of an IMC Programme lasts for 50 minutes. The fourth semester is planned for the internship in selected domestic or foreign company that University Singidunum or IMC University of Applied Sciences is having a cooperation with. The duration of internship is 22 weeks up to 6 months. Compulsory internships, projects and partnerships with industry and business help our students to gain valuable personal experience and to make contact with potential employers while still at university, adding a proactive dimension to their career development.

Also, there is a possibility of participation in student exchange Programme during the third or the fifth semester. If students choose this option they are obliged to cover the travel costs and costs of living. Students are expected to attend the lectures on a regular basis. Graduates obtain 180 ECTS Credit, and double degree of Singidunum University and IMC University of Applied Sciences. Joint undergraduate studies of IMC University of Applied Sciences and Singidunum University requirements are: high-school diploma and one of the following certificates IELTS Academic Training - minimum score: 5.5, Cambridge Certificate level B2 or TOEFL iBT - minimum score: 70 Language certificate should be provided until the end of the first semester. Tuition fees: 2900 euros per school year. Payment in 10 equal monthly installments is allowed. The first installment should be paid in October.

Dragi roditelji, Austrijsko-srpski program osnovnih studija iz oblasti Turistikog menadmenta organizovan je u saradnji Univerziteta Singidunum i IMC Univerziteta. Trajanje: 3 godine (6 semestara). Broj kredita: 180 ECTS. Nakon zavretka studija student stie dve diplome. Nastava se izvodi na engleskom jeziku, uz upotrebu strane literature, po studijskom programu IMC Univerziteta. Tokom studija planiran je jedan semestar studentske prakse (etvrti semestar) u jednoj od brojnih stranih ili domaih kompanija sa kojima postoji ugovor o saradnji. Praksa nudi studentima mogunost da ostvare kontakt sa potencijalnim poslodavcima i poveaju sebi ansu za zaposlenje u odabranoj kompaniji odmah nakon studija. Takoe, studenti imaju mogunost, ukoliko ele, da uestvuju u studentskoj razmeni tokom treeg ili petog semestra. Prednosti Austrijsko-srpskog programa su: rad u malim grupama studenata, interaktivna nastava, razvijanje individualnih talenata i sposobnosti, podsticanje logikog razmiljanja i zakljuivanja, usavravanje stranih jezika (pored engleskog, ue se nemaki i panski), ovladavanje poslovnim vetinama koje su neophodne u savremenom poslovnom okruenju, dobijanje evropske i srpske diplome, to je posebno znaajno za zaposlene u sektoru turizma. Uslovi za upis na studijski program Turistiki menadment su: zavrena etvorogodinja srednja kola, dobro znanje engleskog jezika (do kraja prvog semestra potrebno je priloiti sertifikat IELTS 5,5 ili drugi sertifikat jednake vanosti - TOEFL 70 bodova ili Cambridge FCE).
