4elect different directories 3ser can sa&e different music files under different directories for easier music file management. This player supports up to A sub2directories. (hile music or &oice is not playing$ press GM.-3H to enter the E%ocument Management MenuF. Press GP+.<H or G-.CTH to select desired directory and press GM.-3H to confirm.

)nsert the pro&ided C% into the C%2+*M dri&e (or manually run set up.exe# to enter the installation interface. Press GnextH and select the installation details and press GnextH to start installation. ,fter installation$ press GcloseH. %ri&er can be found by clicking EMy ComputerFFProcedureFFMP3 Player 3pgradeF.

4etting pass'ord 3ser can perform this function using the included tools to partition the 340 %isk. (3ser 'ill see t'o indi&idual disk dri&es from the PC#. 7or (indo's 6""" users please install 4P! and select Ecommon diskF 9 Eprotected diskF from system menu. 3ser can then set a pass'ord to protect one of the disk.# )nformation contained in the protected disk 'ill only be accessed by correct pass'ord. Connect to a PC and run the included MP3 Player %isk Tool. 4elect E7ormatting toolsF$ select EPartition and pass'ordF option and assign an appropriate storage capacity for one of the disk to be protected. 4elect Esetting user name and pass'ordF and key in pass'ord. +etype pass'ord to confirm$ click GstartH to start partitioning the disk dri&e and PC 'ill restart automatically 'hen completed. 3ser can then see 6 disk dri&es (*nly one disk dri&e 'ill be displayed in (indo's 6""" 4P! operating system# 'ith one of them pass'ord protected. +un E+disk%ecrypt.exeF and key in user name and user2defined pass'ord$ information can be accessed 'ith correct pass'ord.

-otes? - The player cannot identify files inside the protected folder. - (hen connected to a PC$ pass'ord 'ill be needed e&ery time to access the protected folder. - Partitioning and combining disk dri&e 'ill lose all files$ please back up useful files before carrying out this option. - (rite do'n pass'ord after you ha&e set it$ losing pass'ord means you 'ill not be able to use the protected folder and data 'ill be lost by combing folders to resume disk dri&e.

Con&erting ,TC files to (,< files


+ecorded files in .,TC format can be con&erted to .(,< format using the included PC soft'are tools. 4imply run E4ound Con&erterF and select EopenF to choose the current .,TC files to be con&erted$ press Gcon&ertH to start the con&ersion. -ote? - This tools can also con&ert .(,< and .MP3 format documents.
