Be able to recognize symptoms. Know and avoid your triggers. Have an Emergency Action Plan. Carry self-injectable epinephrine at all times. Inject epinephrine promptly if you have an allergic reaction. Call 911/Rescue Squad. Train family and friends to help you in an emergency. Sea capaz de reconocer los sntomas.
