JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Management Trainee Centre Manager


Handle all centre activities related to Operations, Academics and Marketing; Drive the centre to achieve revenue and result targets Manage PR, liaisoning with colleges and institutes; generate reference in the market Conduct sessions Mentoring of students in accordance with the mission & vision at Endeavor Constant Feedback to Students Material Enhancement, fresh content development Training and Development of Junior Faculties and Academic Associates

2. Management Trainee Quant Faculty


Conducting Sessions for Quant Ability for CAT/CMAT/GMAT/GRE students Handling doubts pertaining to Quant Ability content taught in the class Mentoring of students in accordance with the mission & vision at Endeavor Constant Feedback to Students Fresh Content Development and Proof Reading Material Enhancement Training and Development of Junior Faculties and Academic Associates

3. Management Trainee-Verbal Faculty


Conducting Sessions for Verbal Ability for CAT/CMAT/GMAT/GRE students Handling doubts pertaining to Verbal Ability content taught in the class Mentoring of students in accordance with the mission & vision at Endeavor Material Enhancement Fresh Content Development and Proof Reading Training and Development of Junior Faculties and Academic Associates Constant Feedback to Students

4. Management Trainee -Marketing Manager


Taking targets for enrolments & revenue for center(s) Planning marketing activities & budget Ensure achievement of taken targets for center(s) Ensuring need based timely recruitment and training of subordinates - career advisors, marketing executives, etc.

Vendor Management: dealing with vendors for best prices, quality job and timely delivery Coordinating with academic, operations & publishing dept. PR with colleges & conducting events for generating word of mouth and create brand awareness Preparing & analyzing marketing reports

5. Management Trainee - Business Developer


Generating own leads for franchisee development and scouting for adequate partners as per our partner profile Following leads provided from within for franchisee development and closing deals Researching, interviewing potential partners and short-listing them for next level interaction with top management Understanding market dynamics of potential new centres and presenting the same to BD Team Evaluation and prioritization of potential new centres for business development Coordination with finalized franchisee partners to get the centre up and running Presentation of monthly activity in Monthly Review Meeting Presentation of every new market researched, along with material collected Taking active role in creating new centres and being self sufficient in providing support both pre-launch and post-launch of a new franchise

6. Management Trainee-Franchise Manager


Liasoning between HO and Franchisee Single point of contact for franchise for all support needs Responsible for execution of all plans / processes at franchise level Responsible for achievement of target by the franchise Responsible for putting control system so that deviation from Endeavor philosophy , SOP does not take place Responsible for Student satisfaction

Compensation Cost to the Company 8.5 lakhs/annum Location: Anywhere in India
