Employment Offer Letter


Mr. Joel Luz Nationality: Portugal Mobile # 056-7451747 Dear Mr. Joel Luz: We are pleased to offer you a permanent position as an Information and Technology (IT) Software Application expert based on the following terms and conditions: 1. Position:

You are appointed to the position of Director of Marketing and Information and Technology (IT), and in this capacity, you will report directly to Managing Director. This is a Permanent position, and as discussed and agreed st with you, your start date in the position will be May 1 , 2012. According to your acceptance. In this assignment of IT & Software Expert, your key responsibilities will be as follows:

Remuneration:

Your monthly Salary breakdown will be as follows: Basic Salary House Allowances Professional Allowances Total monthly Package AED 10,000/- (less statutorily required deductions). AED 10,000/AED 5,000/--------------------AED 25,000/-

Your salary is payable once a month transferred to Bank via WPS System in accordance with the standard company payroll practices. Your hours of work are based on the normal operating hours of the Company and are expected to be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday to Thursday and Lunch break will be from 12:00 1:00 p.m. 3. Benefits:

As a Permanent employee, you will be eligible for Annual Leave Salary which will be one month Basic Salary payable at a time of Vacation as per the UAE Law. 4. Vacation:

You will receive 30 days of vacation per year from the start of Joining date. Vacations are to be taken at such times as are mutually convenient to you and the Company. Please note that carry over of unused vacation is not encouraged. And you will be entitled for a Air Ticket every year. 5. Medical Health Benefit:

You will be provided a Medical Health Insurance covering all your medical expenses with a wide range of medical centres in UAE for the amount of AED 25,000/- p.a. You will be getting 14 days p.a. as a Sick Leave paid up upon producing of Sick Leave Application from Govt. MOH Centres as per UAE Law.

Vehicle Allowance & Telecommunications:

In addition, you will be given reimbursement of your Vehicle Petrol Bills and Telephone Call Bills for company usages. 7. Assessment Period:

For Appointment to Permanent Position, the first Two months of your appointment to this position is a probationary period. We will review your progress in the position on a regular basis and provide you with regular feedback. We will be in a position to confirm continued employment upon successful completion of the probationary period. 8. Effective Date:

The terms of this offer shall come into effect on your first day of employment with the Company. By accepting this offer, you also acknowledge and agree that you shall abide by the following terms and conditions, and that such terms and conditions are reasonable: Confidentiality: During the course of your employment with the Company, you will be entrusted with confidential and proprietary information. You agree that such information will not be released or divulged, whether directly or indirectly, unless authorized by Company policy. I would ask that you review the contents of this offer carefully.
