In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful , ,

For twenty-three years, God's words (the Qur'an) were truely put into Muhammad's mouth. He was not the "author" of the Qur'an. The Qur'an was dictated to
him by Angel Gabriel who asked Muhammad to simply repeat the words of the Qur'an as he heard them. These words were then committed to memory and to
writing by those who hear them during Muhammad's life time and under his supervision.
" O MANKIND! Worship your Lord, who had created you and those before you, so that you may protect yourselves. Who had appointed the earth a
resting-place for you, and the sky a capony; and caused water to pour down from the sky, thereby producing fruits as a food for you. And do not set
up rivals to Allah, while you know better..." (The Holy Koran 2:21-22)
Prophet Muhammad ("peace be upon him", as Muslims usually add), was the founder of Islam. He was born in 570 AD in Makkah anddied in 632 AD in
Madinah (both cities now part of Saudi Arabia). His followers are called Muslims.
M hammad as bornanorphan(his father Abd llahdiedshortl before his birth) and as raisedin the desert accordingto anArabc stom He as si ears Muhammad was born an orphan (his father Abdullahdied shortly before his birth) and was raisedin the desert according to an Arab custom. He was six years
old when his mother Amanah died and eight when his grandfather Abdul Mutallib passed away. He was then looked after by a paternal uncle Abu Talib.
His immediate followers outside his own family were mostly slaves and the poor. His most effective tool was "the Quran", the book in which God spoke in the
first person (unlike in most other scriptures).
Muhammadsignedtreaties with J ews andChristians in andaroundMadinahandthus turnedit into a political systembasedoncooperationbetweenall Muhammad signed treaties with J ews and Christians in and around Madinah and thus turned it into a political systembased on cooperation between all
religions who agreed to the Oneness of God. After three major battles against the Makkans, some infighting withdefectingJ ewishclans, and a generous truce
with the enemy and their breach of it, Makkah eventually fell to the Muslims in 630 AD. Muhammaddeclareda general amnesty (he even repeatedbefore his
enemies a line which J oseph speaks to his brothers in the Quran, "Today there is no blame on you").
Idols were removed from Kaabah, the holy sanctuary of Makkah and it became obligatory on every Muslim to visit it at least once if possible. Two years later,
Muhammad reminded his followers that they should never bow on his grave anddied after a brief illness. Almost the whole of Arabia was Muslim by then.
The 'Five Pillars' of Islam are the foundation of Muslim life:
1. Faith or belief in the Oneness of God and the finality of the prophethood of Muhammad;
2. Establishment of the daily prayers;
3. Concern for and almsgiving to the needy (zakat);
4 Self-purificationthroughfasting; and 4. Self purification through fasting; and
5. The pilgrimage to Makkah for those who are able.
" And those who believe and do good deeds, they are dwellers of Paradise, they dwell therein forever."
(Qur'an, 2:82)
Whereas those who die while not believing that There is no true god but Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allahor are not Muslim will lose Paradise
forever and will be sent to Hellfire, as God says:
" And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will not be accepted from him and he will be one of the losers in the Hereafter."
(Qur'an, 3:85)
Allah also says:
" Those who have disbelieved and died in disbelief, the earth full of gold would not be accepted from any of them if it were offered as a ransom. They will
have a painful punishment, and they will have no helpers."
(Qur'an, 3:91)
After having sent the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) to call people to Islam, Allah does not accept adherence to any religion other than Islam. Allah is our only Creator
and Sustainer.
Allah created for us whatever is on the earth. All the blessings and good things we have are from Him. So after all this, when someone rejects belief in Allah, His g g g j
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), or His religion of Islam, it is just that he or she be punished in the Hereafter. Actually, the main reason after which we were brought to
life on earth is to worship Allah alone and obey Him.
This life we live today is a very short life, and will come to an end at one day nobody knows but Allah. The unbelievers on the Day of J udgment will think that the life
they lived on earth was only a day or part of a day, as Allah has says:
He (Allah) will say, How many years did you stay on the earth? They will say: We stayed a day or part of a day....
(Qur'an, 23:112-113)
Allah also says:
" Did you then think that We had created you in jest (without any purpose), and that you would not be returned to Us (in the Hereafter)? So, God is
exalted, the True King. None has the right to be worshipped but Him... "
(Qur'an, 23:115-116)
The life in the Hereafter is the real life, the life that lasts forever. It is not only spiritual, but physical as well. We will live there with our souls and bodies.
In comparing this world with the Hereafter, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:
(The value of this world compared to that of the Hereafter is like what your finger brings from the sea when you put it in and then take it out.)
The meaning is that, the value of this world compared to that of the Hereafter is like a few drops of water compared to the sea. Thus we should all get prepared for
that day, compete in having Hasanat (good deed), for at the Day of J udgment no one, not even your mom, will be able to rescueyou from Hell if your deeds were
bad. As Allah says:
And Upon that Day, the wrongdoer shall bite at his hands and say: " Would that I had taken a Path with the Messenger" .
PROPHET MUHAMMAD IN BUDDHISTS' SCRIPTURE
According to Gautam Buddha, following are the six criteria for identifying a Buddha.
1. A Buddha attains supreme and perfect insight at night-time.

3 A B ddh di t l d th 3. A Buddha dies a natural death.
4. He dies at night-time.
5. He looks exceedingly bright before his death.
6. After his death a Buddha ceases to exist on earth.
1. Muhammad (pbuh) attained supreme insight and Prophethood at night-time.
According to Surah Dukhan: "By the books that makes thing clear We sent it down during a blessed night." [Al-Qur'an 44:2-3]
According to Surah Al Qadar: "We have indeed revealed this (message) in the night of power " [Al Qur'an 97:1] According to Surah Al-Qadar: We have indeed revealed this (message) in the night of power. [Al-Qur an 97:1]

PROPHET MUHAMMAD IN HINDUS' SCRIPTURE PROPHET MUHAMMAD IN HINDUS' SCRIPTURE
According to Bhavishya Purana in the Prati Sarag Parv III Khand 3 Adhay 3 Shloka 5 to 8.
"A malecha (belonging to a foreign country and speaking a foreign language) spiritual teacher will appear with his companions. His name will be Mohammad. Raja (Bhoj) after giving
this Maha Dev Arab (of angelic disposition) a bath in the Panchgavya and the Ganga water (i.e. purifying him of all sins) offered him the present of his sincere devotion and showing
him all reverence said, "I make obeisance to thee. O ye! The pride of mankind, the dweller in Arabia, Ye have collected a great force to kill the Devil and you yourself have been
protected from the malecha opponents."
The Prophecy clearly states:
i Th f th P h t M h d i. The name of the Prophet as Mohammad.
ii. He will belong to Arabia. The Sanskrit word Marusthal means a sandy track of land or a desert.
iii. Special mention is made of the companions of the Prophet, i.e. the Sahabas. No other Prophet had as many companions as Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
iv. He is referred as the pride of mankind (Parbatis nath).
The Glorious Quran reconfirms this "And thou (standest) on an exalted standard of character" [Al-Qur'an 68:4]
"Ye have indeed in the Messenger of Allah, a beautiful pattern (of conduct)". [Al-Qur'an 33:21]
v. He will kill the devil, i.e. abolish idol worship and all sorts of vices.
vi. The Prophet will be given protection against his enemy.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD IN TORAH SCRIPTURE
The following verses of the Torah also promise the coming of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).
The Lord said to me [Moses]: What they say is good. I will raise up for them a Prophet like you among their brothers; I will put My words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything
I command him. If anyone does not listen to My words that the Prophet speaks in My name, I will Myself call him to account. (Deuteronomy 18:179)
PROPHET MUHAMMAD IN PSALMS SCRIPTURE
Psalms give prophecies of the final prophet, describing him as a king. He will rule from sea to sea and from the river to the ends of the earth. The desert tribes will bow before him
and his enemies will lick the dust. The kings of Tarsish and of distant shores will bring tribute to him; the Kings of Sheba and Seba will present him gifts. All kings will bow down to
him and all nations will serve him. For he will deliver the needy who cry out, the afflicted who have no-one to help. He will take pity on the weak and the needy and save the needy
from death. He will rescue them from oppression and violence, for precious is their blood in his sight. Long may he live! May gold from Sheba be given to him. May people ever pray
for him and bless him all day long. Let corn abound throughout the land; on the tops of the hills may it sway. May his name endure for ever; may it continue as long as the sun. All
nations will be blessed through him, and they will call him blessed. (Psalms, Chapter 72:817).
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (PBUH) IN THE OLD TESTAMENT- BIBLE:
The Quran mentions in Surah Al-Araf chapter 7 verse 157:"Those who follow the Messenger, the unlettered Prophet, whom they findmentioned in their own (scriptures) in
the law and the Gospel".
1. MUHAMMAD (PBUH) PROPHESISED IN THE BOOK OF DEUTERONOMY:
Almighty God speaks to Moses in Book of Deuteronomy chapter 18 verse 18:"I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and I will put my
words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him."The Christians say that this prophecy refers to J esus (pbuh) because J esus (pbuh) was
lik M ( b h) M ( b h) J ll J ( b h) J M ( b h) P h t dJ ( b h) l P h t If th t th like Moses (pbuh). Moses (pbuh) was a J ew, as well as J esus (pbuh) was a J ew. Moses (pbuh) was a Prophet and J esus (pbuh) was also a Prophet.If these two are the
only criteria for this prophecy to be fulfilled, then all the Prophets of the Bible who came after Moses (pbuh) such as Solomon, Isaiah, Ezekiel, Daniel, Hosea, J oel, Malachi,
J ohn the Baptist, etc. (pbut) will fulfill this prophecy since all were J ews as well as prophets. However, it is Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) who is like Moses (pbuh):
i) Both had a father and a mother, while J esus (pbuh) was born miraculously without any male intervention.[Mathew 1:18 and Luke 1:35 and also Al-Qur'an 3:42-47]
ii) Both were married and had children. J esus (pbuh) according to the Bible did not marry nor had children.
iii) Both died natural deaths. J esus (pbuh) has been raised up alive. (4:157-158) Muhammad (pbuh) is from among the brethren of Moses (pbuh). Arabs are brethren of
J ews. Abraham (pbuh) had two sons: Ishmail and Isaac (pbut). The Arabs are the descendants of Ishmail (pbuh) and the J ews are the descendants of Isaac (pbuh).Words
inthe mouth:Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) was unletteredandwhatever revelations he receivedfromAlmightyGodhe repeatedthemverbatim"I will raise themupa Prophet in the mouth:Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was unlettered and whatever revelations he received from Almighty God he repeated them verbatim. I will raise them up a Prophet
from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him."[Deuteronomy 18:18]
iv) Both besides being Prophets were also kings i.e. they could inflict capital punishment. J esus (pbuh) said, "My kingdom is not of this world." (J ohn 18:36).
v) Both were accepted as Prophets by their people in their lifetime but J esus (pbuh) was rejected by his people. J ohn chapter 1verse 11 states, "He came unto his own,
but his own received him not."
iv) Both brought new laws and new regulations for their people. J esus (pbuh) according to the Bible did not bring any new laws. (Mathew 5:17-18).
The Lord said to me [Moses]: "What they say is good. I will raise up for them a Prophet like you among their brothers; I will put My words in his mouth, and he will tell them
everythingI commandhim If anyone does not listento My words that the Prophet speaks in My Name I will Myself call himto account " (Deuteronomy18:17 19) everything I command him. If anyone does not listen to My words that the Prophet speaks in My Name, I will Myself call him to account. (Deuteronomy 18:1719)
2. It is Mentioned in the book of Deuteronomy chapter 18:19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not harken unto my words which he shall speak in my
name, I will require it of him."
3. Muhammad (pbuh) is prophesised in the book of Isaiah: It is mentioned in the book of Isaiah chapter 29 verse 12:"And the book is delivered to him that is not
learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned."When Archangel Gabrail commanded Muhammad (pbuh) by saying Iqra - "Read", he replied, "I am
not learned".
4. prophet Muhammad (pbuh) mentioned by name in the old testament: Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is mentioned by name in the Song of Solomon chapter 5 verse
16:"Hikko Mamittakim we kullo Muhammadim Zehdoodeh wa Zehraee Bayna Jerusalem ""His mouthis most sweet: yea he is altogether lovely This is my beloved and 16: Hikko Mamittakim we kullo Muhammadim Zehdoodeh wa Zehraee Bayna Jerusalem. His mouth is most sweet: yea, he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, and
this is my friend, O daughters of J erusalem."In the Hebrew language im is added for respect. Similarely im is added after the name of Prophet Muhammad
(pbuh) to make it Muhammadim. In English translation they have even translated the name of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as "altogether lovely", but in the Old Testament in
Hebrew, the name of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is yet present. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) in the New Testament:Al-Qur'an Chapter 61 Verse 6:"And remember,
J esus, the son of Mary, said, 'O Children of Israel! I am the messenger of Allah (sent) to you, confirming the Law (which came) before me and giving glad tidings of a
messenger to come after me, whose name shall be Ahmed.' But when he came to them with clear signs, they said, 'This is evident sorcery!' "All the prophecies mentioned
in the Old Testament regarding Muhammad (pbuh) besides applying to the J ews also hold good for the Christians.
1. John chapter 14 verse 16: "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever." Jo c apte e se 6 d p ayt e at e , a d e s a g e youa ot e Co o te , t at e ay abde t you o e e
2. Gospel of John chapter 15 verse 26: "But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the
Father, he shall testify of me."
3. Gospel of John chapter 16 verse 7: "Nevertheless I tell you the truth; it is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you;
but if I depart, I will send him unto you"."Ahmed" or "Muhammad" meaning "the one who praises" or "the praised one" is almost the translation of the Greek word Periclytos.
In the Gospel of J ohn 14:16, 15:26, and 16:7. The word 'Comforter' is used in the English translation for the Greek word Paracletos which means advocate or a kind
friend rather than a comforter. Paracletos is the warped reading for Periclytos. J esus (pbuh) actually prophesised Ahmed by name. Even the Greek word Paraclete refers to
the Prophet (pbuh) who is a mercy for all creatures. Some Christians say that the Comforter mentioned in these prophecies refers to the Holy Sprit. They fail to realise that p (p ) y y p p y p y
the prophecy clearly says that only if J esus (pbuh) departs will the Comforter come. The Bible states that the Holy Spirit was already present on earth before and during the
time of J esus (pbuh), in the womb of Elizabeth, and again when J esus (pbuh) was being baptised, etc. Hence this prophecy refers to none other than Prophet Muhammad
(pbuh).
4. Gospel of John chapter 16 verse 12-14: "I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth is come, he will
guide you unto all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me".
The Sprit of Truth, spoken about in this prophecy referes to none other than Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).

Kabah (first
mosque on earth)
Historically when Ibrahim was ordered by Allah to build the Shrine for worship over a small he uncovered the original foundations of the Kaaba built by Adam.
Inside Kabah (first mosque on earth)
Ibrahim with the help of his son Ismael erected the new shrine on the same foundations. Originally it contained only four walls without a roof . Centuries later
during the timeof Kusayi who was the leader of the Tribe of Quraishin Makka a taller building was completed with a roof and a quadrangle wall around it to give it
the shape of a sanctuary and doors all around the sanctuary walls. People entered through these doors to come to the Kaaba for worship. It is now about 60 feet
high, 60 feet wide from east to west and 60 feet from north to south. A door is fixed about 7 feet above ground level facing North East. A Black stone (Hajar al
Aswad) was fixed into its eastern corner. In front of the building was Maqame Ibrahim, the arch shape gate known as that of BanuShayba and the Zamzam. The
whole building is built of the layers of grey blue stone from the hills surrounding Makka. The four corners roughly face the four points of the compass. At the East
is the Black stone (Ruknel Aswad) at the Northis el Rukenel Iraqi at the west al Rukne el Shami andat the southal Rukne el Yamani The four walls are is the Black stone (Ruknel Aswad), at the North is el Rukenel Iraqi, at the west al Rukne el Shami and at the south al Rukne el Yamani. The four walls are
covered with a curtain (Kiswa). The kiswa is usually of black brocade with the Shahada outlined in the weave of the fabric. About 2/3rds of the way up runs a gold
embroidered band covered with Qur'anic text. Quran in Sura Baqra Verses 121 to 127 described it clearly that Allah had ordained his servant Ibrahim to build the
Shrine there for worship of One God. During Kusayis time it was rebuilt and fortified. During the early years of Prophet Muhammad (SA) before he announced his
ministry, the Kaaba was damaged by floods and it was rebuilt again.
It is an old unit of length which means the length from the tip of the center finger up to the elbow (Qamoos Al Moheet and Taj Al Arous). The heights
of the walls were increased from 19 Zeraa to 27 Zeraa and instead of only one eastern door another door at the western wall was fixed. To reach the
roof stairs were built on the Rukn-a-Iraqi side. The roof was wooden and was supported by 3 wooden pillars built in the center of Kaba which lay in
the same line. (These pillars were reinforced in the year 1332 Hijrah and in 1417 Hijrah they were replaced).
