consulting services which included, Master Planning, Architectural, Engineering, and Site Supervision. Since its inception, Al Hashemi motto has been to meet the design, budget and quality requirements of many clients and have completed projects ranging from personal luxury villas to high rise commercial / residential buildings, hotels industrial structures, institutional and Health facilities. Al HASHEMI team will bring specific specialized skills to bear on the successful development of the projects. The quality team comprised of design, construction and management specialist with broad spectrum of disciplines needed to create todays complex building programes. Al Hashemi design experience goes further away from the borders of U. A. E. For a number of years, now, we are collaborating with some reputed foreign companies such as M/s Australian Design Group and M/s. Meinhardt, M/s. CBM Engineering Group and M/s. HDR of USA, M/s. Sobaek of Germany. We have been the first local company in U.A.E. to introduce post-tensioning construction to the extent which is known today in the local construction market, through our cooperation with M/s Meinhardt of Australia. A number of projects today have been executed using this state of the Art technology under our supervision. New advanced technology and computer services are being used by Al Hashemi since 1985. Infact, Al Hashemi has been the first Company in Dubai to make project designs fully in AutoCAD. Constant upgrading of staff members through seminars, workshops and short
courses is the standing order of the Management of the company. With total of 24 experienced draftsman working on AutoCAD and Micro-station, and more than 60 engineers and architects who are all computer literate we can involve other workforce from our associated firms.

THE WING TOWER: Proposed commercial / residential Tower for M/s. Dubai Properties at Dubai International Fanatical Center (DIFC) on plot no. PA-07. The PA-07 development is approximately 9500m2 plot areas and mixed-use project with total development area of 123,000m2, the development was expected to be a commercial development housing conventional business uses such as banks and finance houses, also incorporate a significant residential component. Further more and in view of the clients desire to create Landmark feature of prominence as stated in the executive briefing made by the Project Directory.
THE GARDENS: Were awarded first prize of design competition of Jabel Ali Village for M/s. JAFZA. The design was with close proximity to a range of entertainment options restaurants, shops, the aquarium and cultural centers.
DUBAI WORLD TRADE CENTER (DWTC) MASTER PLAN: DWTC Master Plan at Trade Centre Second, Sheikh Zayed road.
