Rationale: The reason for selecting this topic of study is because there is a rapid dilemma in my community. There are a multitude of adolescent men and women doing nothing to enhance themselves and their community. Due to the lack of opportunities and morality in Marigot that lead to such a terrible lifestyle in their young lives with drugs and crime.

Method of investigation use is a questionnaire

The method of investigation used for this project was a questionnaire . The question was used to extract the information better from the communitys willing delinquent. This method would be the most effective to gather information required with simple structure questions.
