Features of FLOATING BALL VALVE Horizontal and upward vertical flow. Bidirectional flow. 2-piece Split Body design. Cast steel body. Pressure rating: Class 150 and 300. Size range: NPS up to NPS 8; DN 15 up to DN 200. Connections: RF Flange, RTJ Flange, FF Flange, Butt Weld (BW) Ends. Reduced bore, or Full bore. Lever operated (by default). Option of Gear operated for NPS 4 to 8. Non-metallic seat PTFE, RPTFE, etc. Bolted bonnet. Anti-static device. Locking position can be provided. Anti-blowout stem. Body cavity pressure relief can be provided. Grease and stem sealant injection can be provided, for valves NPS 4 and larger. Designed to API 6D, API 608 and ASME B16.34. Inspected and tested to API 598 and ASME B16.34. Face to face according to ASME B16.10. Flange ends dimensions as per ASME B16.5. Fire safe to API 6FA.
