Natural Support for Increased Energy
How do you handle the activity in your life? Are you ready to start the day each
morning, or do you drag yourself out of bed dreading the activities you have
planned? If you have no energy and are fighting constant fatigue, there is hope!
There are several ways you can help increase your energy level. Increased energy
will help you feel more prepared to handle all of the chaos and stress in your life.
There are many reasons for feeling fatigued and before you try any of these things,
it is important to have a check up with your doctor to be sure you have no physical
ailments. Some reasons for feeling tired are depression, low iron and certain
illnesses, make sure this does not apply to you. After ruling out any illness, there are

and last longer through the day. Just do something! Some simple aerobics, walking,
jogging or even an eight minute workout video can make all the difference in the
world. Keep working at it until exercise is as much a part of your day as brushing
your teeth.
Drink plenty of water. You may have been harped on for most of your life about the
importance of drinking eight glasses of water per day. It can be tough to drink that
much water, but it really does make you feel better. When our bodies do not get
enough water they can feel run down, dehydration can slow you down. Water helps
the body in so many different ways from skin tone to your weight. It just makes good
health sense to drink plenty of water. In order to motivate yourself, get six to eight
bottles of water and place them in the fridge, this way, you’ll see how much you have left and it may encourage you to
drink more. You can refill the bottles with tap water if spring water is too pricey or you have good tasting water in your
faucet. Water has no calories, there is no excuse!
Eat right. Well, that’s easy to say but harder to do. Again, this is important for overall good health, not just increasing
energy levels. Try to add more fruits, vegetables, complex carbohydrates and proteins into your diet. Protein can give you
more energy as can complex carbohydrates. Complex carbohydrates include whole grain breads, crackers, cereals, etc.
Simple carbohydrates simply generate sugar in your system which can give a short burst of energy but then leaves you
lower than you started. Just try to add a few more fruits and vegetables to your activities throughout the day, and watch
how much more energy you have.
Find a hobby. This doesn’t even have to be a physical hobby like bike-riding or rock climbing (although those are great!).
If you like reading, go to a library and pick any book off of the shelf and give it a try. If you like photography, go for a walk
and take pictures of the things around you. Staying on the couch and watching TV is not stimulating. When we are just
sitting, our minds wander and we begin to feel more tired. Keeping our minds active is important in increasing our energy
levels. . Sometimes we feel tired out of simple boredom, if you have some sort of project going on you will be motivated to
be alert in order to take care of the day’s business so you will have time for your project. If you don’t have any hobbies or
specific interests, you might think of volunteer work. Having an important purpose is a great energy booster.
Play! Go to the park, play outside with your children, learn to skate, go fishing, anything that gets you outside. Fresh air
energizes you and helps you sleep better. Ever notice that when your children play outside all day they fall asleep before
their heads hit the pillow? You can even do your exercising outside and kill two birds with one stone. Go outside into the
world and breath deeply, meet other people and just take some time to play. People weren’t meant to live indoors twenty-
four hours a day, we need sunlight and fresh air for our bodies to function properly. There have even been studies which
suggest that artificial lighting can cause depression and general fatigue.
The most important thing you can do to maintain healthy energy levels (besides eating right and enough rest) are just
staying active. Don’t allow boredom and laziness to control you. Take control over your life with a few of the suggestions
above. You will see that just doing will help you feel better and increase your energy.

Dark Gift Combat Tactical Airsoft Field & Training
Houston indoor airsoft Field is the Tactical Airsoft Training Division of Dark Gift
Combat Fighting System. D.G.C.F.S. trains L.E., Military, special operation teams,
Security personal and other state & government agencies as well as soccer moms,
dads and alike in hand to hand combat & Now Tactical Airsoft.
We have a full selection of inventory as well; including Airsoft BB pellets (ammo),
vests, guns, rifles, gas, and batteries. As well as rentals for novice players. Our
rentals are very high end models; electric rifle (Airsoft Eletric Gun).
Mrs.Traylor & I always had problems with finding a dependable facility for them to
Train and play Airsoft. There isn’t any indoor Airsoft field in Houston, Tx. They are
some that are suedo Airsoft parks, paintball fields that for a day or an event will
allow Airsoft. We felt that there was a void, especially in the greater Houston
Dark Gift Combat Tactical metropolitan area. And what better than an indoor Airsoft field, protected from the

Team B: must set up somewhere between Team A’s starting point, and objective
point (place where specified person needs to get to). They will hide, camp, ambush,
and do what ever they like when the enemy comes; they just need to take down the
one guy. Everyone else they kill does not matter to the scenario; they can not win
unless the one VIP gets hit.

Extraction Point:
Prior to the start of the game, an extraction point must be agreed upon by both teams,
a fair distance from the terrorist base (preferably out of line-of-sight.)
Hostages:
The four hostages are to be represented. A
hostage is considered dead if he or she is shot.
Prior to the start of the game, the Terrorist team
may hide the four hostages anywhere in their
base (either all together or split up.)
Rescuing a Hostage:
To rescue a Hostage, a SWAT member must carry the Hostages to the Extraction
Point. Hostages must be escorted in a SWAT member’s hand(s) Each SWAT
member may escorted at most two Hostages at a time Once a Hostage has been
delivered to the Extraction Point, the Hostage is considered rescued and cannot be
killed.Draw Games:
If two Hostages have been rescued, and the other two remain alive and captive at the
end of the time limit, the game is considered a draw.

Now the correct response would be to perform a cross body tap allowing you to stop
the incoming attack by re directing allowing the edged weapon to pass or directing it
at your aggressor.
You can protect the line of attack is this manner because you can flow with energy
coming at you without your defenses being nullified. The main focus here is that you should train or rather re train the
correct response thus over riding your reflexive response to protect the same side with same side technique.

Ok first I have to say I am going to VENT a little. As some of you know Mrs.Traylor
and I have worked very hard to get dark gift combat on the map. We are NOW the
REALITY BASED SCHOOL in HOUSTON!! BAR NONE. Now there seems to be
R.B.M.A. school popping up all over the place claiming to teach what we teach.
Heck some even claim after visiting our site that they use AIRSOFT guns for their
training and knife ect.., When I know for a fact they do not!! How do I know this,
you say.. Well I do all the marketing for our school I visit almost all the websites in
the Houston and the metropolitan area, I do my research very well. I have seen
them copy and paste my verbiage on their website!!! Heck One even used PART
of my LOGO!!! They even copy my meta Tags, They even attack me personal and
say that I do not teach Reality martial arts. Do Not believe me? Ok here is what this

It's a shame what happened to her. However, just a cautionary note
about DGC Reality Based Martial Arts Center. The instructor (Malvin
Traylor) teaches many techniques that DO NOT work in real life
outside his gym. Before taking a self defense class do your research.
There are many instructors out there that claim to know realistic self
defense but the reality is that they don't. There are enough quality
programs out there that I suggest looking else where.
Ok this Dumb A@$@# named me called me out, wow, Here is the sad part, this
guy is no doubt a competitor that Owens his owns a school. The only thing he can
do is talk TRASH about my wife and I and D.G.C.F.S. This is not new but I expect
a little more from a Martial Artiest that THAT!!

Some of these schools are using other BIG NAME systems and people to get their
school noticed. Nothing wrong with that mind you but D.G.C.F.S. is not we are
doing it all on our own, Our system and Our methods, We give respect to where I
get my methods from ect.. But we Do not post up as seen on T.V. ect…. Heck was that instructor on T.V. or the systems
instructor? What does that have to do with the instructor that is teaching you? is he even close to as good as the one he is
advertising?
D.G.C.F.S. is a cutting edge school,
1) WHAT OTHER SCHOOL in HOUSTON, Has an elevator room for CQC?
2) WHAT OTHER SCHOOL in HOUSTON, Has a Tactical Airsoft field?
3) WHAT OTHER SCHOOL in HOUSTON, Has a mock aircraft/bus for CQC / AIRSOFT? Building it not completed yet.
This is just the beginning of what D.G.C.F.S. is doing. HOUSTON has not seen anything YET!!!! Just wait all the Martial
Arts school in Houston and surrounding areas will be FLOORED with what we are about to DO!!!!! I will not say any more
but I promise This will PUT A NAIL IN THE COFFIN, once and for all!!!! No one knows what is about to happen BUT my
wife and I, But when it happens the Houston martial arts community will be talking about it
We have the best facility yea it might be a little run down but we are fixing it up a little bit. Our training methods are the
some of the BEST. That’s why some of you come to us and a lot of you in the military, law enforcement seek us out. We
are the REAL DEAL. I would like to thank those of you that have giving me a written or video testimonial. That is worth
more all than any advertising we can do!!!
