SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
Having about 12 years of working in WaSH sector for different context like development, DRR,
resilience and emergency at different positions ranging from field level to managerial positions. My key
areas of expertise include but not limited within project cycle management, and budget management,
logistics and administration, HR and grants, and relationship with donors and stakeholders.
I have managed multinational, multicultural and multifunctional teams of different sizes. I believe in
participatory approach in teams work and provide necessary guidance and assistances to the team to
achieve team and organizational goals and objectives. Also have ability to demonstrate of strategic
thinking and operational planning in any context.
I have good understanding and capacity to introduce information technology in different kind of program
in an innovative way. Currently I am focusing private sector engagement; promoting market based and
cash programming which is considered as a new dimension of humanitarian program. Also networking
with educational institution for research and collaborative work.

Support partners for selecting best and competitive vendors in order to purchase quality materials required for the
implementation of project activities.
Support partners to adapt and construct the watsan facilities following agreed design, drawing, BoQs etc. If
necessary evelop further design, drawing, BoQs etc.
Taking own initiative for assess capacity building needs of project staff of partners, organize and facilitate need
based training with necessary support of PHE and PHP coordinators.

This position is meant for providing efficient and effective technical support to response program in Shindupalchak one of the
badly affected area of Nepal Earthquake. Here he just not only ensure the first phase emergency response (WASH NFI,
Shelter kit) distribution and fixing water supply system and maintain collaboration and coordination with local government and
clusters but ensure accurate judgment in using Oxfam Minimum Standard. He works in collaboration with the programme and
senior leadership teams and contributes with inputs from his skill sets and experience. Proving overall leadership and
management to a team of 3 in Oxfam and 4 in partner level public health engineer.
Reason for leaving- it was three months deployment at Nepal Earthquake Response

This position main role was to provides strategic and operational support to the Project for Strengthening of Solid Waste
Management in Dhaka following the Clean Dhaka Master Plan for Solid Waste Management.

Develop new waste collection system in the selected wards and introduce compactor to counterpart and community
people.
Assist in implementing Ward Based Approach (WBAs) in different wards to improve the waste management system.
Develop project implementation plan with team and support the project staff to cope with any change management.
Ensure an enabling environment to perform their job at highest possible standard by providing logistics, vehicles and
other materials.
Update the project team on new approaches/ policies/ interventions.
Make correspondence at various levels independently and maintain regular coordination liaison, networking
and advocacy with counterpart and stakeholders.
Provide capacity enhancement support to the Counter Part (DCC Consrevency Inspector) of the project
through
Organize event like open discussion, orientation, workshop, seminar, training and exposures.
