Please note that this entry fee structure is valid only until 24 th December 2013.
Thereafter till 30th December 2013 the participants will have to pay Rs. 500/- extra.
Entries will also be accepted at the venue till 0900 Hrs. on 1 st January 2014 with a late
fee of Rs. 1,000/-. No request towards waiver of entry fee or waiver of late fee will be
entertained.
Entries may be sent by DD (Local Cheques will also be accepted) favoring THE
HARYANA CHESS ASSOCIATION and send to Mr. NARESH SHARMA, General
Secretary, The Haryana Chess Association, 305/12, Chandra Bhawan, Jawahar
Nagar, Jacubpura, GURGAON 122001 (HARYANA) along with entry form.

Registration:
AICF registration fee for 2013-14 is compulsory for all Indian participants. The
registration fee of Rs. 250/- will be accepted at the venue for the convenience of the
players.

Accommodation:
All participants will be provided free hotel accommodation on triple sharing
basis/dormitory type accommodation. The accompanying persons will have to bear their
own expenses. However, if intimated well in advance, the organizer will provide lodging
to accompanying persons on a payment of Rs. 2,500/- per head (triple sharing) during
the course of the tournament.

Weather:

The Weather in Gurgaon during January is expected to be cold. The

minimum / Maximum temperature will be around 5/25 Degrees Celcius.

Tournament Rules:
System of Play:
The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss System.
10 rounds will be played.
Tie Break:
In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come in to effect. The Cash prizes however
will not be shared.
