Composed by Chn-nga Drigung Lingpa on the shore of Ever-Cool Lake (Manasarovar).
Translated from the Tibetan by Konchog Dorje, Terence Barrett, in Burlington, Vermont, as a tool to assist the
western sangha in their accumulations of merit and wisdom during the 2007 Spring Retreat at the Tibetan
Meditation Center of Frederick Maryland. May we all use it well!

Notes:
1) These prayers are translated as "we make this offering" since they are often chanted in group
assemblies. When chanting these prayers by oneself, one can substitute "I make this offering" in
those places.
2) The standard practice in the monasteries is to recite only one of these two prayers for each tea
offering: If there are two tea offerings in an assembly, the first prayer is recited for the first tea
offering, and the second prayer for the second tea offering; if there is only one tea offering in an
assembly, the second prayer is recited.
