Sabah - Kota Kinabalu Responsibilities: Implement, review sales and monitor performance against targets.

Implement channel based project initiated by Head Office or Branch for the improvement of distribution or better productivity gain and greater market penetration. Responsible for proper inventories management and stock cover or Market returns within target.

Assure strong bonding with key customers and regular field visit to have a good insight of the channel and develop plan to optimise opportunities. Maintain good working relationships with all areas of the business division and trade customers.

Requirements: Possess a Degree with at least 2 years of sales experience in FMCG industry.

Sales Representative (or Diploma holders) with at least 5 years of FMCG sales experience are encouraged to apply. Has experience in managing teams (eg. team leader). Good written and communication skills. Able to execute duties with minimal supervision. Able to manage sales input and international account /dealers.
