Years in the Business: 12 yrs of being Project Manager.
 1) How they Manage the ff.?
• Work – The employee have to follow the roles and the policies of the
company.
• Human Resource – Because of their product have the quality, they must
be encourages the costumers to buy the product that produce of the
company.
• Communication – According to him, they need Open communication w/
subordinates in Harmonious relationship.
• Quality – This product According to the product producer, it is considered
as a number One in term of quality, As him addition, it is like you are
suiting a high class of Jeans or Levi’s pants it is hard and strong.
• Time – The employee have to work 8 hrs, 8 to 5 pm and no overtime.
• Cost – They have utilities, bills, Rent, ofex, and the Gov’t tax.

2) How they Apply the ff.?

WBS, PERT-CPM, GANT CHART

– According to the project Manager, He apply the PERT/CPM, through

the, identify what is the costumer wants, That are exceed and meet the
wants of the customers, he say also that he used a GANT CHART as a
guiding and control the routine that have for this particular restaurant,
He used also as maked a decision and plan what is the possible steps
that needed for the operation.

3) What potential benefits of Working on an Special proj?

– Insentive of the employee, because of good performance, Walk-in,

They are Considered as a potential benefits.

4) Possible factors to consider in an identifying what product to pursue and during

the conduct of the projects?

– The employee have to encourage to do their job, because of have a

big Salary or they are Profitable for the manager and to their
employee. According to him choose this as to have a more income the
benefits they receive.

Reaction:

According to my Research, This business have good performance, good quality

of their products,as he said, its product considered as Number One in terms of Quality.
 This business, defends how project Manager enhance, it refers for the
customer’s needs a quality of Product, at this job Mgr. also thinking about how to Sale
their products. The Norkis is One of the group of Company w/c means is the One of the
branch here in Mamburao, A project manager have to utilized the best techniques to the
people to attract for their products.

In Every Company, or the branches of the company used any kinds of policies,
employee get work hard to get more Salary, a project Manager will thinking How their
business become successful. Well, for me, As a student, Never to surrender, never to
give-up. We have to fight and face and always ready for the future.
