financial year with the updations on daily basis.
• Looking after the dispatch activities and delivery schedule of the
material to be dispatched to the customers on daily basis.

• Updating for the pending dispatches of the month with the genuine

 Sending Quotations to the customers and responsible for the


finalizing of the Orders.
 Reviewing of the Purchase Orders and arranging for the
Dispatch of the material to the customers.
 In case of non-availability of material, issuing the work-orders to
Factory for the manufacturing of the material.
 Arranging for the Dispatch of the material as per the given
schedule.
 Proper Co-ordination with the customer for the material getting
on time and arranging to take the Feed Back Form from the
customer.
