raja yogas the Sun takes part in. The Moon is much better-disposed; it has
the rasi aspect of vargottama Venus, and of Jupiter, who is not only in its
own rasi, but also in its exaltation navamsa. There is the blemish of Saturns
rasi aspect, but beneficial influences dominate the Moon making it quite
auspicious. The antardasa of the Moon gave the great success with Gone with
the Wind. Jupiter is quite well disposed by being in its own rasi, exalted in
the navamsa, with vargottama Venus and rasi aspected by the benefic
Moon. Though there is the conjunction of Saturn, Jupiter is much better
disposed than it is worse. In the antardasa of Jupiter he was not acting on
account of having enlisted in the Air Force during WWII. He achieved the
rank of major and won the Air Medal.
Considering the Subha/Asubha influences,
the Sun has 47 virupas of Subha influences, the
Moon 44 and Jupiter 207. The antardasas of the
Sun and Moon would have given the results of
the Kusuma Yoga with a bit less than the
average amount of stress and difficulty, while
the antardasa of Jupiter would of given results
quite easily and smoothly.
