respect of malpractice/court cases/credits.
(ii) Hall tickets are to be issued by the Principal only to the eligible candidates who fulfill the

that mere payment of examination does not guarantee eligibility for appearing for

Sub: Online registrations for B.Tech. University exams commencing in Nov.-Dec.-09 -reg

Dear Sir,

The college-specific student profile database and the new online registration application
software shall be kept in the portal accounts of the respective Principals on 4-9-2009.
In this new registration software, all semester subjects appear for the supplementary students
also. Hence sufficient care must be taken in selecting only the failed subjects. Accordingly the
instruction should be given to students who register for supplementary examinations.
For the students who are transferred form other colleges to your college, the basic profiles
along with hall-ticket numbers should be created by the administrators of your college. Care must be
taken while entering hall-ticket numbers. Similarly records of the students who left your college
(transferred to other college) should be deleted from the registration database.
Installation of Fedora Core-8 OS in the server where the on-line registrations application runs,
is mandatory. If the Fedora Core-8 OS is not available with your college, send one employee with an
authorization letter and one DVD to SDC, Examination branch for the issue of same.
