All damaged/ worn out hardware e.g. nut bolts, washers, locking pins etc to be replaced free of cost wherever necessary. b) Dynamic balancing of rotor c) Cleaning & varnishing of stator winding & rotor assembly. d) All routine tests are to be performed including no load run test. e) Painting of motor with one coat of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint. f) Collection of motor from Air compressor house in factory g) Delivery of overhauled motor back to factory

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Party should collect the motor from H.I.L Rasayani & deliver back to H.IL Rasayani after carrying out required repairs. Transportation, Loading & Unloading including transit insurance (if any) should be arranged by party at his risk & cost. 2) Party has to return back old bearings. 3) The Job is to be completed with in sixty days after issue of work order. 4) Payment will be made after completion of the job against bill duly certified by H.I.Ls Engineer. 5) In case of delay in delivering the motors as specified above vide clause no.5, liquidated damages @ 5% per week or part thereof will be charged and deducted from the bill of the contractor subject to the maximum of 10% of bill. 6) Party has to furnish a guarantee of satisfactory performance of the motor, repaired by him for 6 months against workmanship. 7) Security deposit of 10% will be deducted from bill and the same will be released at the end of the guarantee period. 8) The job should be done as instructed by the Engineer In charge and he will have access to inspect the motor while repairing is in progress. 9) The Tools & tackles required for the job should be arranged by Contractor. 10) The Contractor should follow strictly all the Rules & Regulations of the Company. 11) The validity period of W.O. will be 03 months from date of W.O. 12) Cost of safety Equipments supplied by HIL will be recovered from the Contractor bill. 13) The Party has to abide by all the Rules and Regulation of HIL with regard to Security and Safety as well as labor Contract Act.1970 14) HIL will not be responsible any injury/misshape caused to your workmen while doing the job in our Factory Premises.

15) In case contractor is not carry out the work, as per terms & conditions of Work order, the work will be get done through any other agencies at his risk & cost. 16) Any/ Dispute arising out of or in relation to his Contract shall be subject to
