The most benefic points in the Muhurat is the abhijeet muhurat, Siddhi , Ravi and Sukarma yoga. Abhijeet Muhurat is considered very auspicious and said to remove all malefic effects created by other parameters of the Muhurat. 8th Muhurat of the day is called Abhijeet muhurat and lasts for 48 minutes starting from 24 minutes from Local noonand ending at 24 minutes after local noon. The exact time of the Abhijeet muhurat depends upon the Dinman of the Day and in this case the Length oof the day= 10 hrs and 17 minutes , since the Duration of the Dinman is also

less than 12 hrs the Abhijeet muhurat will also be less than 48 minutes ,hence the time of oath taking will be most important in this case . The abhijeet muhurat will therfore start 20 minutes before Local noon and will end 20 minutes after local noon. Hence a Time from 1140 A.M to 12-20 PM would be Abhijeet Muhurat and will be a benefic one , but again the muhurat is not of 48 minutes , it is of 40 minutes , and pieces Lagna is of the shortest duration. Arvind Kejriwal reached the Ram Lilla Ground exactly at 11.40 hrs. this could bestow some beneficiance.

According to Panchak Rahita Viddhi used By B.V Raman the day is Saturday=7, Tithi=11, Nak. is Swati= 15 and lagna =12 total= 45 now dividing by 9 the remainder is Zero and is considered good for the muhurat . . The point 17, 18 are the only favourable points along with good Ashtakvarga points in the 10th house of the muhurat chart and Jupiter having 6 BAV are the strong parameters of the oath taking chart . 19 . According to to Prashna Tantra By B.V Raman indications only if other parameters are benefic in the Chart , if the Sign rising in the Solar ingress chart of Aries is not afflicted , the native will have benefic influence for the significations of that house in his natal chart. As per Solar Ingress chart of Aries for the year 2013 , the sign rising is Capricorn and not afflicted , it will bestow benefic influence on Arvind kejriwal , since it is the 6th house of his chart, there will be defeat of the enemies. As per the Solar ingress chart of Aries 2014, the sign rising is Taurus and is the 10th house of the natal chart of Arvind Kejriwal , hence he will get mental peace and gain of position. Solar Ingress in Aries in the year 2015 will be a year which will bestow sorrow since the 12th house of the natal chart is rising,but since a benefic Exhalted Jupiter in the Cancer sign will again bestow beneficiance. Coincedently the Sign rising for the Chart of Aam Admi Party is also Capricorn and hence there will be happiness and comforts for this Party as well. 20. There is also Exchange of the Lagna Lord and 10th Lord Jupiter with 4th and 7th Lord Mercury, which is good, but Jupiter and Venus both being Retrograde will pose problems till 6th March 2014 when Jupiter will resume its normal motion.
