1. In Page 82: In Bidding document required Training
Time is during installation period. But what is the
minimum time for the training?
The bidder should provide a detailed plan, and
estimate the training time, based on the Training and
Technology transfer required in the Bidding Document.
While no minimum time is specified, each course
should be sufficient to ensure trainee attain the
knowledge neccessary.

understanding that phrase is stand for the number
& date of our offer, but our offer only numbered
