Good morning, My name is Raghu Raman. I was born and raised in Kanyakumari district. I completed my schooling in V.K.P hr Sec School. Later on, I joined an Engineering college in Chennai. I elected Electronics and Comm Engg and I passed out with first class. My hobbies are playing Chess, Cricket, Swimming and I write poems. I belong to a family of five. My father has retired from work and my mother is a home maker. I have a younger brother and a younger sister. I am a good team player and self motivated. I easily adapt to any kind of environment, and that helps me feel comfortable at work. When I was pursing my graduation, I represented my college discipline and food committee. I was a member of YRC, and I have spent some time doing social services. I was an event organiser in the college symposium, "INCENDIO 2007". I have a great interest in "Green Revolution", I am looking forward to be a part of it.

I see my self as person who is clean and straight forward I am friendly and quite easily interact with the people I am responsible person and always try to complete my responsibilities with best of my skill. I am very positive minded person and always like to learn something new form others. I am good in speaking with others and I have got many friends. I have an experience of atleast Interviewing 50 odd Engineers for a Consulting Firm I was previously employed with. We did not believe in Mass recruitment, it was Quality over Quantity for us, so our Interviews were not that easy to crack, and guess what, we never asked any technical questions. So take a few pointers from me. A) I have your Resume/CV and I can read. So please don't repeat what what is already mentioned there. It means you are really unprepared or that you have byhearted the answer as "Tell me something about yourself?" happens to be the most common question. I want to know about YOU. NOT your academics. What I want to know is how much do you know about yourself? How much time you have spent in your life learning about yourself? I want to know how Mature you are mentally? How much do you know about your strengths and weakness'? And TRUST ME, 95 out of 100 have never tried to know themselves? I shall get in more details in my next post.

Well its my pleasure to introduce my self to you . I am Deepika.(which means lamp that provides light) Lamp is a light source. As a lamp can able to direct the ship in a right direction ,if i am team leader then i will direct my team members i a right way. I am persuing BE with specialization in Computer Science from XYZ college of Engineering , and this going to complete in 3 to 4 month. I would like to spend time in playing chess, all out door games, solving sodoko, I am interested in learning new things. I believe in being simple and positive thinking. My strengths, I am honest, self motivating, quick learn person. My weakness starting prblm to talk with new persons, I can easily rectify it because I can mingle with others easily. My role model swami Vivekananda as he wrote many books in personality development.
