Tenant shall not su--let an/ ,ortion o% the rented ,remises to an/ one else. Tenant is also not ,ermitted to ,art 'ith an/ ,ortion o% the rented ,remises to an/ one else -/ 'a/ o% ,artnershi, etc. Tenant shall <ee, the rented ,remises in good sanitar/ condition and the same shall -e used a%ter <ee,ing in .ie' the ,re.ailing rules/regulation/-/e-la's o% the Delhi Munici,al cor,oration /D.D.A. etc. The @andlord at his o'n cost 'ill carr/ out all maAor re,airs to the rented ,ortion. $o'e.er0 tenant at his o'n cost 'ill -e done all minor re,airs.
