December 16, on this fabulous Kaanapali beach on Maui, Hawaii, marked our 60th Abraham-Hicks Workshop presentation for the year 2000/ (This has been a year of pleasantly adventurous experiences.) ...Our Monster Bus, as Abraham calls our 40 foot long American Eagle Motor Coach, has, as was intended, faithfully carried us to within 200 miles of 95% of the population of the USA (It was a joy to visit with so many thousands of you in person.) ...On Continentals In-Flight magazines improvement suggestions card I wrote: Gordon, we are Platinum Elite members, and have never experienced a more perfect trip: From Allen, at the San Antonio curbside checkin, through boarding, seating, departure, flight personnel, meal service, baggage handling, etc. and including, especially, Troy, our flight attendant... You must be proud to have a man of is demeanor representing your airlines. 2001 general workshop schedule

...What would you feel about a December or January 2002 or 2003 event at Asilomar Conference Center (The most beautiful place in the world where the land meets the ocean.) near Montery/Carmel, California...? It would be a Friday, Saturday and Sunday event. The package would include the workshop, meals, and accommodations... (We used these facilities, annually, in our business before Abraham. We hosted up to 700 persons thats maximum for the meeting hall. We have to book it well in advance, and so, we will judge by your response to this whether to consider it further. You, the Visionary Law of Attraction, the Manager

Are you knowing that you are the creator of your experience? Is that a good thing? Have you noticed that there is a continual new desire within you? Are you beginning to understand that the desire that is focused within you is the most natural thing in all of the Universe? Are you beginning to understand that the desire that continually focuses within you is the natural consequence of the contrast in which you are so dramatically, emphatically, and precisely focused? You are focusing mechanisms and your ability to perceive within the framework of the variety that is around you causes continual focus, or desire, to be born within you. The entire Universe is established to help you a creator out here on this leading edge of thought assume your new stance or conclusion or determination or decision or idea, or desire. Desires are born within you, constantly, whether you verbalize them, or not. You are focusing mechanisms creators out here on the leading edge of thought, in this natural environment where you synthesize data and conclude. We are here to assist you, if it is your desire, in helping you to find vibrational harmony with the desire that is flowing through you. And, it is your work to allow the desire that has been concluded by your process. We have been calling this gathering, The Science of Deliberate Creation, for it is a wonderful thing when you are standing in a place of deliberate focus. But we think a very important subtitle for this gathering would be The Art of Allowing. Because unless you have learned how to bring yourself into vibrational harmony with the Energy that you are pulling through you, (under the title of desire) then you stand in a place of resistance. Desire is a natural thing. When desire is born within you, and you are blocking or resisting or not allowing the desire that is flowing through you that is what resistance is. When you learn to allow the Energy, that is being summoned through you by the power of your desire, to flow in a non-resisted manner that is creation at its best. That is fulfilling your reason for being. That is living, as the extension of Nonphysical Energy that is you, out here on this leading edge of thought allowing the Energy that creates worlds to flow through you. What confuses most people about this is that you have not learned to be dis-

criminating in that which you are giving your attention to. When you see something that you want, and you say, Yes yes, more of that, whats actually happening, not by your yessing but by your attention to it, you are including that vibration in your mix, which means, when Law of Attraction acts upon that you are going to get more of this that you are saying yes to. But when you see those things that you do not want and you shout no at them because this is a Universe that is based upon attraction, and theres no such thing as exclusion when you say no to something its really the same as saying yes to it. Yes means yes, and no means yes. Whatever you give your attention to means yes.

Your Mission: Get Happy and Stay There

The harder you push against something, the more you vibrate in harmony with it, and the more you vibrate in harmony with it, the more Law of Attraction yields it to you. Not because youre bad, but because you are vibrating mechanisms that are saying yes to things you do not want. Your work as an allower, is to get happy and stay there. The Universe knows exactly what you want. And because you are blessed, worthy beings, this benevolent Universe is yielding to you, constantly, all this good stuff.

Well-Being is Natural to You

You are magnificent beings in this perfect time/space reality, and we are wanting to assist you in finding fewer and fewer excuses to disallow the Well-being that would be there otherwise. We are wanting you to realize that Well-being is your legacy. Well-being was your plan. Well-being is what is natural to you. And anything less than absolute Well-being, which means anything less than passion, anything less than clarity, anything less than eagerness, anything less than exhilaration, anything less than perfect vitality and physical Well-being, anything less than abundance and prosperity relative to all things that you desire, anything less than that means only one thing: youve picked up some habits of thought that you are holding as beliefs that are pinching off the Well-being that would be there otherwise.

Dont Put It On Your Plate

What we are wanting you to begin to recognize is that there are differenct ways to evaluate contrast. There is that light way of making choices, like you do at a smorgasbord of food: I will have some of that, and I will have some of this, and I will have some of this, where you dont get all upset about the stuff you dont want on your plate you just accept that you dont have to put it on your plate. But in the smorgasbord of life, most of you get all bent out of shape about those things you dont want in your life, and so you offer a vibration of resistance, as if, if you could shout no loud enough, or push hard enough, you could keep those things out of your experience. We want you to be able to recognize, from now on, when you are in the place of disallowing the natural Well-being. Because when you get that, then you become one who is looking for rampages of appreciation. You become one who is looking for positive aspects. And its a gradual thing, friends. Dont beat up on yourself if you cannot go instantly from aggravation to joy. Or from a place of depression to exhilaration. Or from a place of confusion to clarity. Dont ask yourself to do something that defies Law. We want to show you how to switch your vibration, little by little by little by reaching for the thought that feels better from right where you now stand. You may be in the middle of something that has your attention, that has caused you to regurgitate feelings from a long time ago. And the vibration within you may be very far from the eagerness and clarity and abundance and Well-being that you want. In other words, you feel pretty rotten, right now, lets say, and so, as youre feeling really, really rotten, and some bright-eyed, shiny person comes in and says, You know, you are the creator of your own reality, you sort of want to just punch their lights out. You wish they would just go away, because you are vibrationally very different from where they are, and thats the last thing that you can, or want to hear.

that I want, for heavens sakes! because I have decided to use this nitpicking thing as my excuse to hold myself in vibrational disharmony with all things that I consider to be good. Im out of harmony with clarity. Im out of harmony with good. Im out of harmony with abundance. Im out of harmony with wellness. Im out of harmony with eagerness. Im out of harmony with all things that I want. Im in harmony with feeling rotten, and I hate it. But here I am. Thats what youre saying when youre standing in that rotten feeling place. So, what do you do about it? Well, you cant reach for a joyful thought because you do not have vibrational access to a joyful thought. It is as if there has never been a joyful thought in your head. That bright-eyed shiny person would like to get you to think a happy thought. Theyre dangling them in front of you like carrots. To you they look like scum. In other words, you cant see, through those eyes, in the way that they would like you to.

Moving Up Your Vibrational Range

So, what does one do? Well, you stand right where you are, in this rotten feeling place, and you say, Which thought feels best? And in this rotten feeling place, you have a range of choices. And as you choose the first thought that feels best, not much will happen. You might not even realize that you feel that much better. But just by making the effort of choosing from all these rotten choices the thought that feels a little better than the other, just by

Law of Attraction, the Manager

When you understand Law of Attraction, and you understand this extraordinary Manager, and you understand all the other players that are willing and capable of playing with you, and you accept that you are the Visionary, you are the one that lines it all up, then you understand that youre the architect, youre not the mason, youre not the carpenter, youre not the plumber. You are the architect. You are the designer. And so, as you design it, mentally, and you allow the Universe to bring all of the other players, who play their important roles, into the whole of the co-creational mix, then the Energy flows through you. But when you try to play a role that is not consistent with who you are, then things sort of get out of whack a little bit. You could play any role, as long as youre having fun while you play it. It does not matter what role you play, as long as youre having fun while you play it. But when you try to play all the roles, you get overwhelmed. There is extraordinary leverage in Energy. A ten minute visualization will do so much more for you than thousands of hours of effort and work. But you have to practice that, in order to help yourself remember that that is true.

choosing this thought that feels best out here on the edge of your range, and by holding it for as little as 17 seconds, you have shifted. Now your vibrational range has shifted. That thought that was on the edge of your range now becomes the center of your range. You cant go back, in this moment, to that further negative edge of your range. But you now have more available that feels even better. It takes a selfish person: You have to want to feel good, and if you are selfish enough to reach for the thought that feels better, the same thing happens again. And if you maintain it for just a little bit, 17 seconds is really enough, that becomes the center of your range. And now, in less than a minute, you dont even have access to the really wretched thought that was touching you a moment ago. And you now have access to range of much better feeling thoughts than you did before. Try it another couple of times, and you might be back in range with your bright and shiny friend. Maybe not. But one thing is always true: When you make the effort and you shift, even slightly, the entire Universe yields to you differently. Which means, you now have opened to a whole new range of thoughts. A whole different set of memories is now to accessible by you. A whole different pod of traffic is accessible to you. A whole new range of ideas... That with which you will rendezvous, physically, mentally, through memory, reaching into the future, or right here in your moment, has shifted because

of this very minor effort that you have made. You reach the place where you easily get to this really good place of feeling wonderful. But thats does not mean that you cannot go all the way back to where you started in 17 seconds. We are not asking you to look at something awful, and call it good. What we are encouraging you to do is develop such a propensity for vibrating up here, that before long you have established a medium of vibration that no longer yields you access to the rotten feeling stuff like that. So, your life just gets better and better. The better it feels, the better it feels, the better it feels, because, as you offer the vibration, the Universe yields it, because it is always true: What Im thinking and feeling and what Im manifesting are always a vibrational match. So now, as Im manifesting this good feeling stuff, now Im standing in an easier and easier place to anticipate more good stuff.

Should I Take Action?

What we see, so often, is, you stand in a place where you dont want to be. And you say, I really dont want to be here, I really dont want to be here, I really dont want to be here, I want to be over there. Okay, I think Ill take this action to get over there. And we say, before you take the action to get over there, take another step first: Imagine being over there. Imagine the finished place of being over there. Imagine the thrill of being over there. Get excited about being over there. Feel like youre over there more than like youre over here.

Do the Energy work first, and then take the inspired action. Because when you take an action to try to correct something that is wrong, all the action does is amplify what is wrong... Theres not enough action in the world to compensate for your vibration.

Wouldnt It Be Nice If?

Here is the key to guiding your own visualization: Heres a nice way to do it: Play the Wouldnt It Be Nice If? game. The reason the Wouldnt It Be Nice If? game is so important, and so powerful, is because when you say, Wouldnt It Be Nice If?... youre choosing something that you want, and in your Wouldnt It Be Nice If? youre soft and easy about it. Its not the end of the world. Its a much softer vibration. Wouldnt it be nice if I stumbled on something that really worked for me? Wouldnt it be nice if the desires that Ive been holding for a long time sort of came to a peak like a guiding light? Wouldnt it be nice if I could meet someone who had just run across something that really worked for them, that would light a fire in me? Just find something fresh in your now that youre excited about, and turn your attention to it. You see, theres a whole world out there with all kinds of different vibrations. Flowing With the Current of Universal Currency
Question: Is my scarcity caused by my feeling a resistance to receiving abundance? Abraham: If it feels like discouragement, fear, uneasiness, frustration, if it feels like anger thats what it means. That scarcity feeling has all those feelings wrapped through it. They are all indicators of some resistance within you. What those feelings are actually saying is, Ah, as Im feeling this thing that Im calling scarcity, Im a vibrational mismatch to the abundance that I want. I want abundance, but Im not vibrating there. So as I reach for the thought that feels better, reach for the thought that feels better... so that those negative emotions subside, now Im no longer resisting. Im allowing. Ive lined up the Energy within me. Once the manifestations start coming in response, it gets easier and easier and easier. Now its easier to hold yourself in that good feeling place because you have more things of an appreciative nature surrounding you. Your second million will come much faster than your first, because as you get comfortable with the feeling of the first, the second is natural. And the third and fourth. Esther heard a very wealthy man, Ted Turner, saying, The world is awash in money. And he knew it as he spoke it. It is his experience, everywhere he turns. He gave a billion dollars to the United Nations. Money is flowing to him and through him, more than he could ever, in this lifetime and a hundred others, figure out what to do with on a personal basis. The world is awash in money! And as Esther heard him say that, she knew he knew that. And she thought, I know that, too. He knows it so clearly, that now I know it. It was something about the intensity with which he spoke it, that, in that moment, Esther knew it. And then, for the next month, she must have said that to Jerry 5,000 times. The world is awash in money. It was a titillating thought to her, because she, like you, had seen where so many people had pinched themselves off from Well-being, that shed come to believe that the world was not awash in money. She had come to believe that only a few had it, and they had it stashed back there somewhere where others could not get it. She thought that there was a lopsided thing... The world is awash in money! Do you hear what that means? It is awash in money. It is flowing for everyone. It is like Niagara Falls. And most of you are showing up with your teaspoons. Your economy has always been about, the exchange of human energy: As contrast produces a new idea within any human consciousness, the Nonphysical Energy to supply it flows forth. The economy expands proportionate to the idea. There is no shortage of anything. Those who believe there is shortage, hold themselves over in this place where they disallow the Energy from flowing to them. And so, in their resistance, they have it not. And then they say, I am proof that there is shortage. And that man over there that is awash in money is the reason I dont have any. He has nothing to do with your shortage. He is evidence that there is an abundance.

Reluctant Boss Seeks Feelings of Freedom
Question: Ive been a very effective linear creator. And Ive discovered the possibility, through our last discussion, of what, in my imagination, is holographic harmony between all of my desires. And Id like to allow that. Abraham: When you speak about these desires, and you think about the linear process that you have been applying, do you think that youve been thinking that the creation, or the allowance of your desire is about your action? Is that why you have to line them up and only deal with them one at a time, because you can only do one thing at a time? You are launching desires, constantly, and then if you are holding yourself in a place of feeling good, why not allow them all to be simultaneously manifested? Why hold yourself in a linear fashion? Guest: Well, thats exactly what my new idea is: Freedom being a quality I value very highly, I feel I can only have freedom if I maintain a sense of invisibility in the world. My pattern of thought has brought lots of wonderful opportunities into my life that Ive attracted because I want them. And then Ive turned them down because I believed they would impinge on my sense of freedom. Abraham: You can let a desire for freedom be one of the dominant vibrations within you, and the Universe has to yield that to you at the same time that it is yielding all the other things that you desire. Put freedom in the equation, and hold yourself in vibrational harmony with it, and the Universe will find a way to give you everything that you want within the feeling of freedom that you also want. You have come from the place that many people have come from, or are still standing, where there is this action-oriented approach to most things that says, I only have so many hours in the day, and so, I cant bite off more than I can chew. But when you step back from the action and you begin to realize that these rockets of desire, and the Energy that is produced within them, is many times more powerful than any action that you could offer and that your work is about visualizing and allowing, its not about finding yourself in some sort of action then you begin to recognize that you could simultaneously do hundreds, if not thousands, of things, because it doesnt take much time to focus. But the trick is focusing purely. What makes physical beings think that it takes more time, or that they can only do one thing at a time, is because, very often, they have an idea of what they want, but then they notice that it hasnt happened. And so, they hold themselves in vibrational discord, and so, thats why it does not come about. And so, what youre talking about, here, is discovering a way of holding a pure thought about many things simultaneously.

Guest: I am a reluctant boss because I sense that the responsibility for others around me will impinge on my freedom. At the same time, I love being a leader, and Im very effective as a leader. I want to hold and sustain a vibration where I enjoy and delight in the clarity and capability that I share and also do what I want, when I want, and how I want. Abraham: When you have been beating the drum of freedom for as long as you have, and we beat it, too, what happens is, if you are a leader or a boss, where there are others who are following you, sometimes there is this feeling within you of hypocrisy, because youre saying, I demand freedom for myself, but you all need to do this certain list of duties that Ive given you. And so, sometimes it feels that they are not free within the limits that you are offering. Understand that Law of Attraction is the great sifter. Law of Attraction is sorting everything out, and its not your job to be the sorter. Its your job to say, Universe, these things I desire. Please bring to me those beings, those thoughts, those circumstances, and those events that are a vibrational match to this. So then, the Universe reaches out and finds those people that are a vibrational match to those things, and brings them to you. You are not keeping them from their freedom, Law of Attraction is bringing them to that which is a vibrational match to where they are. Now, its possible, as they begin to get a sense of who you are, and as they begin to watch the way you live, that

they may begin to vibrate as you do. Which means they may, very soon, not be a vibrational match to the role that they first came to. In which case, you joyously release them to whatever the Universe has then provided for them through Law of Attraction while the Universe brings to you yet more who are a vibrational match. The Universe is going to work it out, Law of Attraction will work it out, and you do not have to hold yourself responsible your work is, constantly, to just say, These things I want. These things I want. These things I want. When you are beginning to work in a team involvement, even if its a relationship with one other, what very often happens is: you have this plan of that which you want. You have launched this dream. And you usually send up a strong enough rocket that the Universe yields to you very good matches, especially in the beginning. But then, because you were not pure in your vision, or because you are, like most people, offering your vibration more about what youre observing than anything else, you observe the conditions of your staff, or you observe whats happening there. And as you observe it, and what you are observing does not match your vision, because its in your face, and because you have a greater habit, most of you, of observing than you do of visualizing you begin to achieve vibrational harmony with the very discord that you despise. So you hold around you people that keep making mistakes, or people

that keep not being happy in their work, or people that are not very creative, or people who dont feel free and are moaning about it. And it is being surrounded by that, that makes you make these decisions: I dont want to be a boss. We dont want you to be a boss, either. We want you to be a visionary. We want you to be a visionary thats a vibrational match to your own vision. We would like you to hire, at the most reasonable rate that you will ever imagine, an incredible Manager called Law of Attraction. Law of Attraction will do all of the managing. Law of Attraction will do the inspiring, the reprimanding, (There wont be any, but sometimes it feels so to you ) and so, the Law of Attraction will do all of anything that you would need a manager to do if you will finally, once and for all, assume the role of visionary. When you hold yourself in the place of visionary, then Law of Attraction takes care of everything else. And there will be a steady stream of anything that you need, making its way, powerfully, into your experience to provide for you all of the details that are necessary in the actualization of your vision. You are always going to be surrounded by people who are making their way through this. And if you get very sensitive to where they are, you just end up where they are. And so, just keep maintaining your vision, and let them rise to it or not. If you maintain your vision, they must rise to it or they will vibrate out of your experience. Most people do not maintain their vision: They have a vision, but they are sensitive to what is happening. And as they are sensitive to what is happening, they hold vibrational harmony with what is happening so that nobody is a vibrational match to their vision. If people say, Whats your role here? you say, I am the creator. I am the visionary. And if they say, Whats my role here? you say, Your role is whatever you choose it to be. Its not my job to decide your role. Ive done such a good job of deciding my role, that Law of Attraction is working everything else out. Maybe youll fit in here and maybe you wont, thats not my job. Im not managing this. Im not orchestrating this I am envisioning this. All Im doing is holding my vibration pure. The Universe will take care of everything else. I need no managers. And if I did, the Law of Attraction would find them, and they would just be down here managing each other. Im going to, once and for all, let the giant manager in the sky manage in the way that it always does. It manages to perfection. Now, that doesnt mean that you will not feel inspired to get into some action because action is delicious. When youre feeling free, you get inspired to all kinds of action. There is nothing more exhilarating than to be involved in the action when it is inspired from the Stream of pure desire. Its great fun to be involved in action under those conditions.

To Be Ageless Forever with Diabetes Diagnosis?
Question: There are two areas. One is, I want to be ageless forever! The other is, I have insulin dependent diabetes. And Ive been applying your suggestion that I take that Stick about how well Im doing, measuring my blood sugars... and just put it away. And, indeed, Im now in a whole new place: I have succeeded, Ive accomplished that. I have more vitality. Im physically active, dancing, and riding horses, Im a happy girl. And I was really fascinated when you said that a person is 24 hours away from regenerating the tissue in their pancreas. And Id like to know how to do that. Abraham: We were talking about your not wanting to be the boss? And how thats not your job, anyway? That your job is the visionary, and Law of Attraction is the Manager? Well, Law of Attraction is the manager that will orchestrate all of that, too. Theres a tendency to get too actively involved, even in the visualization process. And so, youre better off envisioning the outcome than you are envisioning the regeneration of the tissue, because its not something that you can see. Thats the problem with medicine in your culture. There is so much examination over whats gone wrong that they hold themselves in the vibration of resistance that does not allow the cure, or does not allow the healing. And so, keep dancing. Keep being the happy girl. Thats the answer. Keep trusting this huge, effective manager that is waltzing into your life, on a regular basis, to facilitate anything that you have envisioned. Think about it: You have this really good manager in place... who delegates really effectively to other managers, who delegate really effectively to other managers... and the whole thing runs like a well-oiled machine. All you have to do is occasionally point it in a direction here or there, through the power of your thought, and you have absolute confidence in those abilities of all of those managers and sub managers and sub managers, everybody playing the role that they play... Now, in the same way, once you get that worked out in your mind where you are trusting that the Law of Attraction will orchestrate all of that, relative to that then you can start applying that same process to your body. Actually, its easier relative to your body than it is relative to others, because the cells of your body are actually operating in much greater cooperative fashion than the people in most organizations. But it is the same process. Question: So, I delegate to my manager that, in addition to my desires, and I have a multitude of desires. I delegate all of them, basically, and I say, Id like to generate insulin inside my body? Abraham: We wouldnt even go that far. We would say, Manager, you know what to do. You know what this body needs. The cells are giving you the indicators on a regular basis. Go to it. And Ill do my role, which is to hold myself in this light, fluffy, good feeling, rampage of appreciation, place, so that you can do your work in a non-restricted manner. Have you ever known managers who over-managed to the point that the people who knew what to do couldnt get it

done? [yes] Where, if theyd just been left to their own devices, they would have figured it out? So worried about things not happening, that they sort of over-managed until they created an environment that did not allow the work to be done? Well, thats the sort of thing that happens relative to your physical body when you get too consciously involved in trying to orchestrate. You dont need to tell your body that it needs to produce insulin, but you think you do, because youre taking it externally. And so, youre saying to yourself, Well, since my body doesnt produce this, and since Im now utilizing it in order to bring myself into balance And we say, that is too involved. That is too much management. Instead, what youre wanting to say is, Im doing this, in the meantime, but my body knows what to do. The cells of my body know what to do. If you knew then what you know now, this diabetes would have never begun, and certainly would not have been able to be perpetuated. But you didnt know then what you know now, and so, in your Energy misalignment, thats what got started. That was a crack of least resistance. And then, once it has manifested, now, what has manifested has your attention. And thats the only reason its remaining. The Energy of your Being would not produce it today. So if the Energy of your Being would not produce it today, why is it remaining today? For one simple reason: It exists because you coontinue to observe it. Thats the only hook. Because it has manifested, and now I see it, or now I experience the repercussions of having it now that holds me in vibrational harmony with it. And so, thats why we say... The more things you can do to distract yourself from it, the better. Question: And let go of the time reference, as well? 24 hours is immaterial? Abraham: It doesnt matter at all. Youre an eternal being. Why not let this be the opportunity of feeling the ecstasy of bringing yourself into alignment? Why not experience the thrill of getting an idea, and holding it purely in your mind, and watching the cells of your body? Why not let that be an adventure, or a journey, that is delicious for you?

Can I Get Over There From Here?

As you stand here and you say Id rather be over there, what youre actually saying is, I want to go from here to over here. And we say, thats not very likely, is it? There is some distance to travel from here to there. I dont want to have to get over there. I want to be over there. And we say, Well, the way you be over there is by getting there in your mind. And so, how do I get from here to over there, without that feeling of having to traverse the distance? And we say, by feeling that you are already over there. When you are very clear that you are here, and equally clear that you would like to be over there, there is a tendency to sort of be in both places at the same time. In other words, Here I am, I want to be there. Here I am, I want to be there. Here I am, I want to be there. And so, the consensus of your vibration is not making much movement. Where, if you could stop feeling so profoundly where you are, and start feeling more about where youre wanting to be, then your vibration is purer about this.

Now, thats not an easy thing to do when it has something to do with your physical body or your physical experience, or the stuff you see around you. In other words, Here is where I am. How can I not recognize that I am here? Were not asking you to stop recognizing that you are here. Were just asking you to spend more time thinking about where you want to be than you do about where you are. You just have to make where you are going feel more familiar than where you are. And we think that if it really, really mattered, if you were really in a place of strong discomfort, that you might spend more time doing that. We think that we would make it a non-issue. We would start saying, Im happy where I am. Im happy where Im going. Im happy along the way. Im happy eternally. Im not trying to get from here to there because Im not happy here Im just going from here to there because thats the natural process. We want to find ways to convince you that the Well-being that youve been asking for is being answered. Your wish is granted. Now its time for you to start accepting that it is done. In other words, The financial institution has granted my request for a home loan. The school I have chosen for my child is fantastic. My body feels great. The money is flowing. My mate truly adores me. I have creations within me that are expanding. There is beauty before me. Every day of my life will be delicious. My future is bright. There is no such thing as decline. I am a vessel continually infused with powerful Energy. Well-being truly abounds. The earth spins in its orbit. The tomatoes continue to grow. My cells know what to do. My breathing mechanism is perfect. My metabolism is perfect. My elimination system is perfect. My blood knows what to do... In the same way that you dont put the sun coming up on your To Do list, dont put creating insulin on your To Do list. Just appreciate yourself into the Well-being that is natural to you. Diffusing any sense of lack of Well-being

Youre wanting to diffuse any sense of lack within your experience. I would like my body to produce insulin, but its not a big deal, because I have plenty of insulin available to me. And so, my body is maintaining its balance. And whether Im getting it this way or that way, Im already where Im wanting to be. For example, if its relative to dollars, Certainly Im wanting more dollars, but Im not wanting more dollars because Im in a place of lack, or of not enough dollars. There are plenty of dollars coming. Your dominant work is to diffuse any feeling of lack, or any feeling of pushing against anything. Thats the way you hold yourself in this place of greater allowance.

Does A Corn Kernel Envision Progeny Ears?
Jerry: Does a grain of corn envision itself as a pollinating, reproducing, grain bearing, ever-living being, or are only humans able to envision? Abraham: No, the corn does not envision all of that, because all of that was set into motion from the Nonphysical Perspective. But the being that is the corn does not disallow it, either. The corn is different from the fully functioning human, because it is not here deciphering contrast and giving birth to desire in the powerful way that you, the human, are. It is more in the state of allowing the intentions that were set forth from Broader Nonphysical Perspective. Every particle of the Universe, no matter whether it is a cell in your body, or whether it is a cell in a kernel of corn, has the ability to perceive. And where it is perceiving, it can feel, This is preferred to this. All consciousness, no matter how fantastically focused, or how it, by human standards, is insignificantly focused, has the ability to perceive and discern preference. And the preference is an asking that is answered by the Universe. The difference in the kernel of corn, or the clam (which weve discussed is always happy, really is happy) is that that being is not finding things to focus upon that are causing it to disallow the Energy that is flowing. From Broader, Nonphysical Perspective, you set forth, as did the corn, intention. The difference between you and the clam, or you and the corn, is that once you get into this body, your consciousness is fully functioning and continuing the discerning. You have the ability to know, by the emotion that you feel, whether you are summoning and how much, and whether you are allowing and how much. Every consciousness perceives where it stands. Whether it is the clam, or whether it is the human, it has a perception of where it bes. And in its perception, it knows preference, and in its preference, it is asking, and in its asking it is answered. The big question here is, which beings are practicing the Art of Allowing? The corn does. The human sometimes doesnt. Jerry: Esther and I got a handful of chickens a few years ago. They came to us as baby chicks right out of an incubator. Theyd never known a mother or a father. And yet, when the little chicks were outside, and a butterfly flew over, I heard the little rooster chick go ..... a little sound like they make when theyre big roosters. And all the little hen chicks, (still only days old) went scurrying for cover. Just like grown hens would do. It gave me the impression that somehow they had learned, perhaps in a previous life, that when a hawk flew by, and when the rooster did this, all the hens should take cover, as the rooster had a better chance of defending the hens against the hawk, perhaps At any rate, somehow they knew, in this next life that they had somehow learned and then carried that learning.

Abraham: That is not the way it was at all. The chick is not recalling from past life. The chick is connected to Source Energy in the now, and being guided, as to his experience, now. Jerry: What do we learn in this life that we dont have to learn all over again the next time we live in physical? Abraham: Nothing. This is the reason that you dont all come and go at the same time. The environment that is around you is knowing, and then, when you come forth into the environment you are guided to information. Every now and again we get this question. Someone will say, Abraham, Ive banged around in this physical experience for a very long time, and now I understand about Nonphysical, and I understand about Inner Being, and I understand about emotions, and I know how to hold myself in a place of allowing. And now, my life is so wonderful... When I croak and Im reborn, do you mean I have to go through all of that again? And we say, to differing degrees you are resistant to allowing this knowing that comes forth, but you are, every time, every one, born with a Guidance System. And if you are selfish enough to listen to the way you feel, you always can feel when you are on your path. The better you feel, the more you are in concert with the Source Energy. The worse you feel, the more youve pinched it off. It has always been true. Have you noticed that as you are coming forth as a human species, you are coming with a greater and greater sensitivity and intent to be selfishly driven? And this is a magnificent thing. People keep telling you it is not good to be selfish. And those people who are telling you it is not good to be selfish, are those people that want you not to satisfy your selfish desires but instead, to answer their selfish desires. They say, Dont be selfish and do what you want. Be unselfish and do what I want. And so, the selfishness that is coming forth, it is about individual beings coming to recognize the guidance that is coming forth from within. Because we do not know any of you who want anything, whether it is a material object, a relationship, a state of being, whether it is a physical condition... There is nothing that you want that is for any reason other than that you believe that you would feel better in the having of it. And so, as these little beings are coming forth, they are driven with this desire to feel good. And they are, more and more, finding themselves unwilling to participate in those things that youve decided are perfect for them that dont feel good to them. And so, what is at the heart of your coming into fuller, faster connection to Source Energy, is this selfish drive to feel good. When you are willing to follow your bliss, you are in the place of allowing who you really are to flow through. You see, the little chick follows his bliss. He goes where the next bug leads him. He does not feel guilty about not making sales calls. He does not feel angry about somebody taking his parking place. He does not feel unhappy that a future employer does not understand his true talents. He just bes who he is, and follows his bliss. And in his less complicated vibration he allows Well-being to flow.

Discussing the Survival of the Fittest Concept
Jerry: What is it about a rooster that hes not willing to share his hens with another rooster? When we have two roosters, we have to separate them, or the one that has all the hens just runs the other rooster off. And theyll just fight til one of ems almost dead over those hens. Abraham: Do they fight til one is dead? Or do they fight until one is acknowledged to be the fittest? Jerry: Ive never seen them fight til ones dead, one usually ends up the fittest. Abraham: And so, then the rooster that is the strongest is the one that perpetuates the herd of birds? Jerry: Thats the survival of the fittest theory, isnt it? But its not a selfish thing on the part of the rooster? Abraham: It is a selfish thing on his part, and a selfish thing on the part of the other. So here you are, physically focused, and you have this a combining of the physical environment and the Nonphysical environment that make up your physical experience. And so, as the Nonphysical Energy is pouring forth, it is pouring forth into that which is physical. And the structure that is physical is the structure that is actually evolving. In other 50 words, it is a structure that is in a state of becoming. Even that creature that is standing there, let us say it is the rooster that you are talking about that ultimately is determined to be the one that is the fittest of all of them. As that rooster is standing there evaluating the contrast, and summoning, the Nonphysical Energy is pouring through. And as for the rooster who ultimately becomes the looser in this situation, he is doing the same thing. The contrast is causing him to summon the Nonphysical Energy. Jerry: Cause Ive always felt really sorry for all the bulls and the roosters that arent allowed in on the herd. And this Ive been wanting to understand for a long time. Another thing: Are we going against nature when we try to protect that which isnt surviving? When the fittest try to help the less fittest survive, are they going against the nature of the whole thing? Abraham: Yes. What does your chicken do? Jerry: It pecks on the weak chicken. It takes the weak chickens parking place, thats what it does. Abraham: The reason we ask is because youre really onto something that is important. You see, the thing, that humans often forget, that the beasts of your planet are fully aware of, is that there is no competition. The beasts of your planet understand that all is well.

Very often, physical beings think of themselves as this clump of physical flesh, and there is, by their logic then, a clump of Nonphysical Energy that is pouring through them. Thats why you think in terms of being dead or alive. You think in terms of a soul that pours itself into physical body. It is not a clump that is assigned to a clump, it is a Stream of Consciousness. The Stream of Consciousness, while it is certainly expressing itself individually, it is a Stream of Consciousness that is expressing itself multidimensionally. And so, the Consciousness that is projecting through the beast or through the chicken, is same Consciousness. In other words, there is this Consciousness that is rooting for the survival of all of that. With something like the chicken, it is coming forth, certainly, intending to have a lovely life, and wanting the best experience. But it is coming forth with a different set of intentions than you, the physical human, come forth with. And so, as it comes forth, it is not pushing against the idea of being someones lunch... It is not feeling any competition. It is focused powerfully in the now. It is letting the contrast produce desire. It is allowing the Nonphysical Energy to pour through in a very powerful way. And even though by your standards, you might disagree it truly is living happily ever after. And so, getting back to your roosters fighting: the chicken that is battling and winning its feeling of dominance, is not leaving the other 51 chicken feeling broken and defeated. Thats a human characteristic that you are laying over the top of it. In other words, the chicken is as a species rooting for its survival first and foremost. Jerry: Its the survival of the species, is that it? As opposed to the individual? Abraham: Yes. And so, the way that you might look at it, is that it is Nonphysical Energy that is projecting itself into both chickens. Or into all chickens. And the competition is about a bigger game than this individual moment in time that you are thinking about. In other words, the Energy that is pouring through you is talking about the bigger game. The Nonphysical Energy that is flooding through you is not worrying about the parking places that you are scrapping over. The Nonphysical Energy that is pouring through you, is about Life Force itself. If we were standing in your physical shoes, whether they were physical chicken shoes or physical human shoes, there would be nothing that would be important enough for us to lose our connection to Source Energy. And, eventually, even the chicken figures that out and goes off and lives happily ever after. Even though he did not turn out to be the dominant chicken, he does not worry his life away over it.

You, the Visionary; Law of Attraction, the Manager

Imagine that you are the owner of a huge corporation. There are a hundred thousand people who work at various stages and places in this corporation, and you are the one who created it. You imagined it. You saw the need for it. You dreamed it. You found vibrational harmony with your dream. And now its yours. And there are a thousands who dont know how to use their computers, they dont know how to file very well, they are learning at different stages, its a constant turnover of people, theyre in and out, theyre squabbling over parking places, some have windows, some dont. Its an immense organization. And you have a manager that is just incredible. Because this manager takes care of all of this, you dont have to deal with anything. You get an idea, and you express it softly. And the manager says, Consider it done. You get another idea and you envision it, and your manager says, Consider it done. You have such an extraordinary manager that you are free. Youre not dealing with the nitty gritty in the parking lot, not dealing with raises or vacations, youre not worried about any of this stuff. You are the visionary. And you have a manager that deals with it effectively and perfectly. And you count your lucky stars, every day, that you found this manager. And now, were saying to you, you have such a manager and its called Law of Attraction. But most of you do not know that you have that manager. And so, you keep thinking that you need to step into those many roles, and be the facilitator. And then you get bogged down in all that nitpicking, nitty gritty stuff that doesnt have anything to do with who you really are or with your vision. Our message to you is: You are a visionary. And of course it is lovely to be an actionary too. But if you will let your vision be real and full and you find full alignment with it before you take action then the effort that you offer is always joyful, fulfilling, satisfying effort. And so, keep telling the manager what you want. Not because the manager (called Law of Attraction) needs to hear it, but because every time you talk about it, and every time you come into vibrational harmony with your own desire you open your vortex of allowing so that the Universe can yield to you a little bit more of what it already knows you want. You are all working much too hard at all of this. It goes like this: You are wonderful beings. You are blessed beings. You are deserving of Well-being. Well-being is on its way to you. Chill out and let it in. Play more. Do the Hokey Pokey. Someone gave Jerry and Esther a little note: Wouldnt it be funny if it turned out that the Hokey Pokey is what its all about?
