Spreadsheet

You are required to create a spreadsheet that will capture all the accounting information of care medical clinic. This will provide accurate calculation of the clinics weekly and monthly revenue and expenditure. Task A 1. Import the Service info table from database into spreadsheet. In an appropriate section of the worksheet place the following table:

2. Create a Monthly Record Sheet that will list the names of each doctor, Area of specialty, number of patients (each doctor) has seen per month, insurance (Medicus, Sagicor & NHF), Balance (this is the amount the patient pay), cost (without insurance) and discount, Total. Name worksheet Sept Monthly Finance. Each General Practitioner have a total of 30-35 patients per week of this amount 70% are insured (10% with NHF, 50% with Sagicor , & the 10% with Medicus) Each Pediatrician have a total of 17 patients per week, of this amount 60% are insured (10% with NHF, 40% with Sagicor, & the 10% with Medicus) The Dermatology & Gynecologist both have a total of 12 patients per week, of this amount 905 are insured (10% with NHF, 50% with Sagicor, & the 30% with Medicus)

3. Insert an Expenditure/Expenses section which has the following.

Task B 5. On a new worksheet the September finance report must be duplicated to calculate the monthly finance for October and November. In October each service had an additional four (4) patient and all were insured with Sagicor except one (1) who visited dermatologist had no insurance. 6. In November the Gynecologist had two (2) less patients, while the pediatrician had an additional one (1) who was insured with Medicus. 7. All Expenditure had a 5% increase except Utilities that increased by 10%. Make the adjustments. 8. In a suitable area in the spreadsheet, display the following information, enclosed in a border: a) Highest revenue for the month of September b) Lowest revenue for the month of October c) Total Monthly revenue for each month 9. Create a quarterly summary (September- November) of the clinics total revenues and expenditures. 10. Generate a Pie chart to compare the total monthly revenue collected for each month. Insert appropriate titles and data labels; place the chart on a new sheet. 11. Save this spreadsheet as Care Clinic02
