A Brief History…

• Established as Athens Packaging in 1987 in Athens, GA

(approximately 70 miles northeast of Atlanta)

• Facility enjoyed continuous, rapid expansion

– Grew from 13,000 sq. ft. to 146,000 sq. ft. by 1997
– Expanded to current size of 225,000 sq. ft. in 2002

• Athens Packaging purchased by Keebler in 1989

• Keebler purchased by Kellogg in 2001
• Facility purchased by TLC in 2004

• Currently a state-of-the-art packaging facility serving multiple customers

– 225,000 sq. ft. specifically designed for food packaging
– 42+ packaging lines/configurations
– Flexible, non-union workforce
