PETITION

That Petitioner, RAIA ANGELIE A. TUMANDA, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of Davao City, Philippines, and unto this Honorable Court, respectfully states that:

She is a citizen of the Philippines and was born on December 14, 1989, twenty-

four (24) years of age, with office address at 3rd Floor, Wong Building, ChavezMonteverde Streets, Davao City (Tel. No. (082)221-5999) and residence at Blk 5 Lot 5 Data St. NHA Sectoral Bangkal, Davao City, Philippines;

He has satisfactorily completed the required course of Bachelor of Laws at the

Ateneo de Davao University in April, 2012;

He has passed the 2012 Bar Examination and has been admitted to the practice of

law in the Philippines, with Attorneys Roll No. 88,888 on May 3, 2013 (Annex A) and has no pending administrative case (Annex Bcertification from the Supreme Court), and with IBP No. 1500000 dated November 6, 2013 issued in Davao City (Annex C) for the year 2014; 4. Likewise, hereto attached as Annex D, a Certificate of Good Moral Character

from the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Davao City Chapter and three copies of her recent passport size pictures as Annexes E, E-1, and E-2;

5. She desires to be commissioned as Notary Public for and in the City of Davao and

possesses all the qualifications and none of the disqualifications for said office;

Hereto attached also as Annex F are three (3) specimens of his official

signatures.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of the Honorable Court that this Petition be granted.
