December 2012 - November 2013 THEATER LEAD/KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT ADVISOR PEOPLE, TECHNOLOGY& PROCESSES Kabul, Afghanistan Provided strategic and operational leadership to keep PTP LLC at the forefront of the industry and assisted in new business development. Oversaw company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Managed and integrated project resources including oversight of the project teams and implementation of the programs underlying business strategies, and defined the programs connection to the enterprises best practices. June 2012 - December 2012 KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT ADVISOR MISSION ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL Kabul, Afghanistan Provided advice and support to all ISAF Joint Command (IJC) activities facilitating a seamless exchange of information across all systems. Developed the Knowledge Management Plan to support situational understanding and decision-making for the senior leadership. Through process improvement, reduced the total number of staff meetings and boards in Iraq from over 200 to 107 in a 9 month period giving staff members back time and productivity. Oversaw the employment and training of Knowledge Management technical enablers SharePoint and Army Mission Command Systems. Re-enforced Knowledge Management priorities and policies by continuously assessing Staff readiness, unit infrastructure and performance. Exercised full authority to act upon all matters of command interest. Formulated policy and procedures to facilitate effective administration, training, and employment of subordinate units (over 115,000 Soldiers and Families; two Divisions and ten separate Brigades). Coordinated, recommended, and prepared orders and supervised their execution. October 2006 - September 2007 OPERATIONS OFFICER U.S. ARMY Fort Hood, TX Staff proponent for power projection deployments, contingency operations, and general war planning. Coordinated with the Department of the Army and Forces Command in the development and deployment of forces to support the continuing fight in the Global War on Terrorism. Responsible for the successful execution of plans, operations, transformation, testing and training for two Divisions, an Armored Cavalry Regiment, a Corps Sustainment Command, and seven separate Brigades consisting of over 45,000 Soldiers June 2005 - September 2006 CHIEF OF STAFF U.S. ARMY Austin, TX Oversaw and directed the multi-component Directorate Staff of the Adjutant Generals Department in the administration, coordination, planning, development, execution and evaluation of programs, and supervision of all Texas National Guard activities within the state. Represented the Adjutant Generals Department in meetings, conferences and briefings with Federal, State and international military and civilian representatives. Ensured compliance with and support of the Adjutant Generals Vision, Mission and Goals for the Texas Military Forces consisting of over 20,000 thousand Soldiers, Airmen,

Managed the state training and operations budget of over $70,000,000 June 2001 - December 2003 CHIEF, MOBILIZATION PLANS, FORCE INTEGRATION AND READINESS U.S. ARMY Austin, TX Concentrated efforts in applying functional area expertise for mobilizations, readiness, and force integration to ensure successful organizational development and deployment of Texas Army National Guard units. Provided oversight and executed the State Partnership for Peace Program between the Texas Army National Guard and the Czech Republic.
