Bannerpen is an industry leader in retractable banner pens, offering the largest variety of banner pens in the world. This year, we are proud to offer you a vast variety of stylus banner pens, many of which are unique to our catalog.

Our head office is located in Montreal, Canada. Our Canadian production facilities include a state of the art, 6 colour Heidelberg printing press, along with industrial capacity spiral, saddle stitch and perfect binding equipment! Our 5000 square foot production floor is by far, one of the most equipped for printing and finishing when it comes to fully customized small to large size print orders. In fact, we are even able to print and bind one single perfect bound book if needed. Three years ago, Bannerpen Inc was the first to introduce Stone Paper products in the North American promotional product industry. Paper made from Stone is the most eco friendly paper on the market due to its unique properties, and we are very proud to be one of North Americas leading suppliers for domestically made stone paper products. We also offer a large variety of alternative papers such as Banana paper, Kraft paper and environmentally friendly papers. We are happy to announce that Bannerpen Inc has signed an exclusive deal with Blysters Rings for the North American promotional market; This new revolutionary product was designed to replace band aids and athletic tape altogether, and has already been praised by some top athletes in professional sports. Blysters rings were named Best New Golf Product in 2013 by Golf World and Golf Digest. Invented by Francis Houle, a Canadian Mounty police officer, this new product has been the Coup de Coeur, (as they say in French) of our company since we discovered it! Our company is proud to be able to serve our clients throughout North America and beyond with its offices located in Canada, USA and China. Our experienced multi-lingual sourcing team works very closely with our office in Asia, and various partners abroad, to bring you the very best products at the best possible price. Banana paper is made with 80% post consumer waste and 20% banana fibre. No trees are cut and no acid products are used to produce this exclusive eco-friendly paper. The natural look and feel of the Banana paper comes from its unique combination of post consumer waste and the by-product of the banana agroindustry. Agro-industrial fibers come from the waste of processing common agricultural products. As a result of pulling apart the banana bunches from the main stems of the plant, there is rachis left over which contains 5% of the usable fibre to manufacture paper. Banana paper is fully recyclable and compostable.

Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed prior to our standard allowable delivery time frames. - If an order confirmation has not been received within 48 hours please call to confirm we have received your purchase order. - All artwork should be e-mailed to art@bannerpen.ca - Complete purchase order number as generated on your PO form must be placed in the subject line of order and art emails. - Any Orders/sample requests submitted after 2 pm will not be processed until the next business day, unless a RUSH service fee is included and payment is received. - Inventory stock is on a first come first serve, basis. Prior to submitting a PO, always call to check available inventory. Inventory cannot be placed on hold without a written purchase order. - POs held on stand by for more than 2 weeks will be deleted from our system. - Delivery dates are approximate on all our standard airfreight and domestic orders. - Ocean freight orders will be assigned a very approximate delivery date which can change at anytime due to the many unforeseen circumstances related to Ocean shipping. i.e.: Customs inspections, traffic congestion, container destuffing, etc.. - Depending on the circumstances surrounding the order, a specific delivery date can be assigned with or without an additional shipping charge. (RUSH charges do not guarantee a specific delivery date) - If a Distributor requests that we bill the shipping and delivery charges to their account, and then refuses the charges or the account is invalid, we reserve the right to then invoice the distributor the said charges, plus any additional fees incurred for the trouble, with an additional $50(G) service charge. Logo Placement And Sizing Information Unless a specific size is indicated on your purchase order, BANNERPEN will determine the most appropriate size for your imprint. If no imprint area is indicated, we reserve the right to decorate in the area most suitable for the artwork and method specified. *Artwork clean-ups, touch-ups, typesetting, or resizing is free. Additional revised changes will be billed at $75 net per hour. Min. 1 hour of service will be billed. Customer Approval Information Customer Approval Bannerpen must receive your proof approval and must have shipping information before production commences. Once approval is received, any changes to an order may incur additional costs and lead-time.The following proofs are available: Online Proof Can be viewed and approved instantly at no charge. Online proofs can also be converted into a PDF and forwarded onto clients. Paper Proof (Only If Requested) Paper proofs are available upon request, are billed at $25 (g) plus related freight charges. Product Proof When requested, a product proof can be provided, pending proof approval. Product proofcosts may vary, therefore we encourage you to speak with your sales rep for details. All products proofs are priced individually plus running charge, overnight freight charges, and applicable order setup. Third Party And Customer-Designated Shippers If you provide us with an account number for shipping, or designate a specific carrier, you assume responsibility for the shipment from the time the order is ready for pickup. Self-promotion discount only applies to the specific piece that is decorated with the distributors name or logo only (the addition of other imprinted logos or names to the product will disqualify it from receiving the 20% off discount). In the case of multiple items on one order, only the items with the distributor name or logo are eligible for the self-promotion discount. Terms Inventory In the unlikely event that we lack inventory to support your order, we will work with you to find a solution. Returns All sample orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned. All regular catalogue production orders are inspected by our quality control team. In the unlikely event of a potential production problem or manufacturing defect, all returns must be sent to Bannerpens office at the Distributors expense. Bannerpen reserves the right to inspect the goods for a period of 5-10 business days in order to determine if the return request is valid. If the products inspected are deemed acceptable within the standards of production, the goods will then be considered usable and returned to the distributor at their expense. If the goods or portion thereof are considered damaged or defective, a replacement or appropriate credit will be arranged. Artwork Information Free Art Manipulation* When placing an order please submit your art to art@bannerpen.ca with the purchase order number in the subject line. These email addresses are automated for artwork only. Order information sent to this address will not be processed. We require the following file types for these decorating methods: Embroidery For already digitized files, we require EMB files. If digitizing services are required, please send in art in the acceptable file formats listed below for the other methods. Photo Real/Dome Please submit artwork in Adobe Illustrator vector format or high resolution PDF (vector format). Convert all text to outlines. If a placed/imported Adobe Photoshop type image is necessary, that original file should be included. The Photoshop file (TIF or JPG) should be at least 300 dpi resolution or higher and the art to size. Samples Samples are available on most products and can be purchased at catalog EQP and payable by credit card. Limit of five samples per product. Sample orders received by 1 PM EST can ship same day if specified on order. Samples cannot be returned and are considered a final sale. Customers are responsible for freight charges on all sample orders. If a delivery address is not provided on the Purchase Order, Bannerpen holds the order for 48 hours before shipping the order directly to the Distributors office. The Distributor will be responsible for any shipping modification charges, extended area surcharges (If applicable), returned shipments, refused shipments or any adjustments made by the carrier. The said charges will then be billed separately to the distributor 15-30 days after the shipment delivery. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED AFTER THE GOODS LEAVE OUR FACTORY. Order Minimums All imprinted orders require minimum quantities as listed throughout the catalog. Less than minimum orders are processed case by case due to the nature of some products.
