Saint Johns Next Top Model Rules & Regulations

General Information Saint Johns Next Top Model will be held in the atrium of Market Square, every Sunday beginning February 2nd 2014 at 2:00pm. Section 1: Eligibility You are ineligible if you already have an agent with a talent agency or modeling contract. Saint Johns Next Top Model is open to all females 13 to 25 years of age; experience is not mandatory. Participants must be willing to have their photographs displayed in the Market Square atrium as well as on various websites and social media outlets for the duration of the competition. Please note the following challenges which will be presented throughout the competition in no particular order: Runway walk Public speaking Photography on the big screen Walking and presenting on stairs with heels Bathing suit (modest); one piece with wrap Wardrobe coordination Team challenge/runway routine with posing Team challenge/community involvement and volunteering o Community enhancement through modeling Make Up Challenge

Applicants must be willing to complete in the above challenges in order to participate. All applicants must attach a current head shot/photograph with the application; this picture will not be returned. Section 2: The Process All females will have the chance to audition, Sunday February 2nd 2014 at 12:30pm in the Mary Oland Theatre located inside the New Brunswick Museum; all applicants will compete on the main stage located at Market Square following the audition. The competition will take place every Sunday at 2pm with the end date of April 13th 2014. Order of performance will be random; judges will assess the applicants and 20 finalists will be chosen. As a finalist, you must be available to have your photograph taken on February 3rd at 6pm in the Market Square Atrium.

Applicants must commit to all challenges, 10 consecutive Sundays (except March 2nd, 2014) if successful. Points will be given by judges only until March 16th and then the audience will supplement judges points through online voting via a nonpartisan webmaster. Each judge is a professional with the modeling and fashion industry in Saint John and NWH Modeling has no influence on the judges or decisions that are made. Section 3: Disqualification We reserve the right to disqualify or exclude at our sole and absolute discretion, any individual from any of the challenges for any reason. We reserve the right to change the procedures at any time. Being chosen to compete at any level and the process DOES NOT ensure you will be selected to continue to the next level of competition. Section 4: General Conditions By participating entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the radio station the voting audience, and the panel of judges which shall be final and binding. We reserve the right to use the auditioning process for publicity purposes and to use the names and likeness of entrants as part of the publicity, without compensation. Section 5: Prizing All prizes awarded as presented no substitutions; there will be one final prize awarded.
