NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE HONORABLE CRAIG A. GARGOTTA,JUDGE, UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT:

NOW COMES, Animal Sanctuary of the United States, Reorganized Debtor (hereinafter "Debtor")in the above styled and numbered Chapter 11 bankruptcy case and files this its Notice ofSale ofReal Property:

1. On November 10,2010,the Debtor filed its voluntary Petition for Reliefunder Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas, San Antonio Division.

2. On March 13,2012,the Order Confirming Debtor's Chapter 11 Plan ofReorganization was entered. The Amended Order Confirming Debtor in Possession's First Amended Plan ofReorganization, as Modified, was entered on March 28, 2012. The Debtor is performing under the terms of the confirmed Plan.

3. On November 1,2013,the Debtor filed a Motion For Authorization to Sell Real Property Free and Clear of All Liens, Claim and Encumbrances. The Debtor was attempting to sell a 102 acre tract of real property belonging to the Debtor that was the major asset ofthe Estate.

4. On November 6, 2013, an expedited hearing was held on the Debtor's Motion to Sell at which time several parties appeared who were interested in purchasing the real property. The Court rescheduled the hearing on the Motion to Sell until November 20,2013, giving all interested parties an opportunity to submit a sealed bid for the purchase ofthe real property.

5. At the hearing held on November 20, 2013 on the Motion to Sell, Josephine Valencia and Kari Justice were held to be the high bidders with a winning bid in the amount of $500,100.00, a bid significantly higher than all other bids received by the Debtor.

6. On December 2, 2013, the Order Authorizing Sale of Real Property Free and Clear of All Liens, Claims and Encumbrances was entered. The sale to Josephine Valencia and Kari Justice had a deadline of December 31, 2013 to close.

7. On or before the December 31,2013 deadline,the sale to Josephine Valencia and Kari Justice for the amount of$500,100.00 closed and the Debtor's estate received a distribution in the net amount of $320,780.50 from the title company.

8. The Debtor is in the process of filing a Motion to Disburse Funds received from the sale, including the additional $50,000.00 agreed to be disbursed to the unsecured creditors by the Attorney General's office. The Motion to Disburse is expected be filed later this month.
