1. Critically analyze the diversity efforts in eras of different leaders at PepsiCo. 2. How diversity is contributing towards companys success? And what challenges Steve Reinemund faced while striving to promote diversity and how he handled the problems? 3. What difference could it make to the diversity initiatives that Indra Nooyi, an Indian- born woman of color, would now serve as the CEO? What, if any, potential challenges or advantages could result? How, if at all, should Nooyi depart from Reinemunds way of engaging and leading the initiative? 4. By 2010, The Company is expecting its 50% sales outside the United States. How the company could leverage what they had learned and accomplished in a U.S.-context as they pursued the global marketplace. In pursuit of a global strategy, would the current allocation of diversity and inclusion roles and responsibilities be sufficient?

5. Diversity enhancement should be responsibility of a few trained and professional persons in the organization along with top management and shouldnt be ruined in the hands of everyone. Use standard A4 white paper. Print on one side only. Avoid double-sided printing. The assignment is required to be written on computer, Microsoft Word. Only the main headings should be in block letters and can also be bold. All the subheadings should be in sentence case and can also be bold. Sub to subheadings should be in sentence case, not bold. No irrelevant images are allowed. There should be no wordiness or irrelevant information, in order to increase the number of pages. Try to be to the point. Give proper numbering to the subheadings. Dont underline the headings. Give a professional look to your assignment. It should be written in concise, clear, and Standard English. Dont use slang language. You can use internet to collect the information, but transform it in your own words. If one assignment is copied from other, both assignments will be marked as zero.
