Articulation agreement with Bemidji State University for Design Technology Program.
Graphic Design Media students will be trained in videography, digital photography, imaging, and design for web and other medias. The career of graphics is ever changing and affords students many new opportunities to learn and grow personally and professionally in our program. The program is accredited by the Graphic Arts Education and Research Foundation.
Employment Opportunities
Most likely you will enter the career areas of graphic design, web design, art director, videographer, customer service representative, estimator, digital imaging technician, supervision, or a host of other exciting careers within the area of graphic communications. Our instructors will help you to make contacts in the industry with small, medium, and large companies throughout Minnesota and across the country.

Students will choose from a minimum of 15 credits from 3 areas of the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum. Recommended courses are: ENGL 1511 College Writing I, 4 credits; SPCH 1565 Interpersonal Communications, 3 credits; PSYC General Psychology, 4 credits; MATH 1521 College Algebra, 4 credits; or PHYS 1541 Physical Science, 4 credits. Students may also meet with their advisor to create a degree plan to meet their specific career goals.
