Mr. Jays primary focus is on the rehabilitation and redevelopment of core urban properties, typically in communities with diverse ethnic populations. With over 40 years of experience in corporate real estate management and commercial development, John and his partner have been involved in the development and management of over 300 commercial and residential real estate projects. Mr. Jays most significant work to date is his current redevelopment of Foothill Square in East Oakland, an urban infill project on 14 acres, with development now underway of over 200,000 square feet of retail and other uses. Foothill Square will be anchored by a 72,000 sq. ft. FoodsCo/Kroger, 25,000 sq. ft. Ross, and 7,000 sq. ft. Annas Linens, in addition to a new Wells Fargo branch.

As a Sr. Retail Specialist and Director of Colliers Retail Division, Mr. McMasters assists in coordinating regional projects and tenant activities with retail agents. He works equally with Tenant Rep requirements and new and existing development projects. Mr. McMasters also consults on shopping center design and marketing strategies and is and Advisor to the ICSC Northern California program committee. With 35 years experience as a top agent and spokesman for the retail real estate industry, this veteran broker brings skill and unique insight to problem solving and advocacy with special focus on team building. Jim currently serves as west coast Chairman of Colliers National Retail Steering Committee and chairs its International Retail Committee.

Mr. Ellwood has been in the real estate business since 1974 and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1978 and developer since 1976. He has been involved in over $200,000,000 in real estate transactions, including residential income, commercial property sales, commercial property leases, financing, appraisals, and property management, in addition to projects involving major renovations of numerous office and retail buildings. Patrick has special expertise in Oakland's most exclusive retail markets, primarily Rockridge, Temescal, Montclair, Piedmont Ave, and Glenview districts.

With more than 19 years experience in the leasing, sales, acquisition and development of retail investment properties, Mr. Souza has completed over $2 billion in real estate transactions. Tom is currently focused on the acquisition and development of Sansome Pacifics commercial netleased retail, shopping centers and multi-family assets for the western US. He has extensive long-term relationships with a variety of regional and national chain retail tenants and financial institutions including Walgreen Pharmacy, Albertsons, Inc., Barnes & Noble, Washington Mutual Bank, Fremont Investment and Loan, Chase Commercial Capital and Northwestern Mutual Life, to name a few.

Mr. Weinstein has over 25 years of experience in independent brokerage, investment, redevelopment, and property management. He also serves as President of Weinstein Commercial Investments, a boutique real estate investment company focused on repositioning distressed assets. Richard owns and manages over 50 properties , including neighborhood retail, apartment, office, and warehouse. Having himself owned and operated several small restaurants, Richard is an active partner in critically-acclaimed Oakland establishments, Boot & Shoe Service and Pizzaioli.

Ms. White has over 25 years of design, retail, leasing and real estate experience including wih Gensler, The Stitzel Company, Noahs Bagels, Shea Properties and Federal Realty Investment Trust. She has developed and leased many notable and successful developments including landmark specialty centers One Colorado in Pasadena and Two Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, Safeway-grocery anchored The Shops at Waterford in Dublin, CA and Rivermark, Santa Clara and The Dunes, Marina CA which is anchored by Target and REI. Pam joined the San Francisco office of Madison Marquette as VP of Development in 2011. Currently she is responsible for the development at Lake Forest Towne Center, Seattle, University Mall in Chapel Hill and Bayfair Center, San Leandro.
