Homework RELIABILITY AUTOMOTIVE For a certain automotive equipment, which will be chosen by the student (note: to be different from

peers), do the following: 1. Overview of the equipment; 2. Functional analysis of the equipment; 3. Constructive scheme of the equipment; 4. Presentation of major faults (hindering, in whole or in part, the operation of the equipment or cause major damage or injuries); 5. Presentation of failure processes leading to these defects 6. For a batch size (30 + i), where i is the number in the group of student, to imagine, more realistic, in a full test, values for times of failure. 7. Statistical determination of the main indicators of reliability (mean m, reliability function R(t), unreliability function F(t), failure frequency f(t), failure rate z(t), average m, dispersion D, standard deviation , coefficient of variation median Me, mode Mo, quantiles t10%, t50% and t90%. 8. Identification of mathematical model for reliability equipment; 9. Analytical determination of the main indicators of reliability (based on appropriate analytical law proposed for a mathematical model); 10. Formulation of proposals for improving the reliability (by changing constructive solution, technology manufacturing or maintenance plan). Pentru un anumit echipament auto, care va fi ales de student (atentie: sa fie diferit de al colegilor), realizati urmatoarele: 1. Prezentarea generala a echipamentului; 2. Analiza functionala a echipamentului; 3. Schema constructiva a echipamentului; 4. Prezentarea defectiunilor majore (ce impiedica, total sau partial, functionarea echipamentului sau pot provoca victime sau pagube majore); 5. Prezentarea proceselor de defectare ce conduc la aceste defectiuni 6. Pentru un lot de marime (30 + i), unde i este numarul de ordine din grupa al studentului, sa se imagineze, cat mai realist, in cadrul unei incercari complete, valori pentru timpii de defectare. 7. Determinarea statistica a principalilor indicatori de fiabilitate (media m, functia de fiabilitate R(t), functia de nefiabilitate F(t), frecventa defectarilor f(t), rata defectarilor z(t), media m, dispersia D, deviatia standard coeficientul de variatie , mediana Me, modul Mo, cuantilele t10%, t50% si t90%. 8. Identificarea modelului matematic pentru fiabilitatea echipamentului; 9. Determinarea analitica a principalilor indicatori de fiabilitate (pe baza legii analitice corespunzatoare modelului mathematic propus); 10. Formularea de propuneri pentru imbunatatirea fiabilitatii (prin modificarea solutiei constructive, a tehnologiei de fabricatie sau a planului de mentenanta).
