Responsible for 400K Sq. ft. Distribution Center in multi-plant environment includes managing and directing import and export of raw materials and finished goods. Delegate assignments, implement schedules/work orders and direct staff and middle management throughout all phases of raw materials/components receipt, production and shipping. Maintained Master Schedule, Planning Schedule, JDE System Forecasting and Bills of Materials. Direct reports included 3 managers, 2 Senior Buyers and 16 hourly employees. Responsible for logistic and distribution in multi-plant environment additional responsibilities include: purchasing, planning production and Blow Molding scheduling and all 3rd party suppliers providing finished products, services and outside storage requirements. Developed and established entire supply chain including contract negotiations with suppliers for ingredients, packaging, logistics, and manufacturing co-packers. Introduced a strategic forecasting/planning system which translated rolling marketing/sales demand into revenue projections (including both sales and all production cost components) and production plans.
