ROLE PURPO E Performs essential functions in the areas of Revenue generation, churn management, distribution set-up and people development. Performs specific roles like mapping corporate accounts, CSA set-up, organizing Relation and Retention Service Workshops, customer care setup for corporate, providing training development to Corporate relations front line! Provides telecommunication solution and after sales service to the Corporate. Responsible for +apping of all corporate accounts on -../ basis. Completes details of each and ever* account in terms of emails etc. %nsures 0raining and 1alue Addition to Cr "# and 0rade "2S. +aintains high 3ualit* CSA "2S. %nsures ./ attrition of 1er* 4ood !14$ rated candidates and above Creates a positive image of the brand in the corporate market through planned activities like service (orkshops. 'uilds #o*alt* of Corporate customers through various promotions. Responsible for 5istribution set-up including CSA set-up (ith at least 6 manpo(er and minimum average productivit* of -. per month.
