Applications
Automatic water lifting and pressure boosting sets, particularly suitable for domestic use, small installations for civil, industrial and agricultural use, washing systems and hobbies. The characteristics of the JPBasic-pumps are that they are self-priming electric pumps which can operate even when there is air, gas and small quantities of sand in the water. The set is composed of a diaphragm tank with capacity 19 litres, pressure switch for automatic operation, pressure gauge, JPBasic electric pump complete with power cable and plug, kit for coupling the pump and the tank, all assembled and ready for installation. Note: Vertical 8 litres or 18 litres tanks are used in some markets.

Constructional features
Pump Cast iron pump body and motor support. Technopolymer impeller, diffuser, Venturi tube and sand guard. Stainless steel pressure discs. Carbon/ceramic mechanical seal. Motor Induction motor, closed and cooled with external ventilation. Rotor mounted on oversized greased sealed-forlife ball bearings, to ensure silent running and a long life. Built-in thermal and current overload protection and a capacitor permanently in circuit. Manufactured according to standard EN 60335-2-41. Motor protection: Insulation class: Standard voltage: IP 44 F 1 x 220-240 V, 50 Hz.

Operating range: Liquid quality requirements: Liquid temperature range: Up to 3.6 m3/h with head up to 51 metres. Clean, free from solids or abrasive substances, non viscous, non aggressive, non crystallized, chemically neutral, close to the characteristics of water. From 0C to +35C for domestic use (Safety regulations EN 60335-2-41) From 0C to +40C for other uses.

Maximum ambient temperature: +40C Maximum operating pressure: Installation: 6 bar (600 kPa) Fixed in a horizontal position.
