HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR (SR MANAGER OPERATIONS) Provide vision and leadership in the development and deployment of an offshore HRO/BPO department to support Shared Employment Services for HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits and Employee Call Center. Oversee successful improvement of operational efficiencies and back office HR business support services for over 26K associates in 47 states. Remotely manage the off-shore HRO, HRIS, Employment Ancillary Services, Payroll, Benefits and Employee Call Center departments. Govern on-shore HR Business Service Center support teams for Shared Employment services, HR Operations, HRIS, Compliance, E-verify, Personnel file central records and Payroll departments. Direct all levels of multiple projects simultaneously including budgeting, cost reduction, and personnel administration.
