Social & Promotional Policy

The ADS Board of Directors has adopted the following: Manufacturers and others who occupy suites during the ADS International Convention & Tradeshow will limit social and promotional gatherings to times when there are no Association activities taking place. While strictly private conferences between a suite occupant and an individual rm may occur at any time and are not subject to this restriction, functions for which invitations are issued to a large group of individuals or which are open to all Convention attendees will be deemed to be in violation of this policy. Further, suite occupants who are not exhibitors shall not display products in their suites for viewing by Convention attendees; as such displays would circumvent and undermine the purpose and effectiveness of the ADS-sponsored Tradeshow. All manufacturers and suppliers are urged to abide by the policy as stated.

Convention Policies
The ADS Board of Directors has adopted policies with respect to social and promotional functions in hotel suites, Tradeshow passes and Convention exhibits. All ADS Convention policies may be viewed in detail at diesel.org/convention Policy with Respect to Convention Exhibits As set forth in its published Repair Standards, ADS is dedicated to highest-quality, manufacturer-accredited service with parts which equal or exceed original equipment manufacturers standards, but this dedication is not a factor in the structure and operation of, the ADS International Convention & Tradeshow.
