RENTAL AGREEMENT

The owner shall ha"e the right to terminate the tenancy if the tenant fails to $ay the rents regularly for a consecuti"e $eriod of t,ree 6o-t,s commits breach of any of the terms herein and ta,e $ossession of the residence( '. The owner shall allow the tenant $eaceful $ossession and en@oyment of the $remises during the continuance of the tenancy $ro"ided the tenant acts u$ to the terms of this agreement( 8.
