Practicing Hooponopono with the
Violet Flame
Opening Prayer

Susie This is Susie. Jennifer is on her way. She is in a cab on her way home
from the airport. Evidently her plane was running a little bit late and she
will be here very shortly. But she asked me to start the call, so I'm going
to pray us in. And then until Jennifer joins us, we're just going to talk.
I'm going to throw the floor open. Throw out a topic and we will chat.
But for right now lets all take a deep breath. Place our hand on our
heart. Take another breath knowing that with each breath that we take
in, love carries the oxygen to every cell in our body.
Each time we release that as we exhale, we are sharing that love with all.
As we settle deep into being right here and right now in this lovely
sacred circle, holding hands, knowing that it is a place of love and
support and compassion and understanding as we walk this path
together.
We are so grateful for these wisdom teachings, so grateful that love is
the healer, so grateful to know that we are never alone. In form we have
our sacred community. And in the invisible we are so grateful to know
that we are always loved and supported by the angels, the ascended
masters, our ancestors whom we invoke into our awareness right now
knowing that only our good is their desire.

We're so grateful to be here right now releasing everything that has
passed through our minds throughout the day, releasing everything that
has upset us, everything that we have judged, releasing all worries about
what may come next, all thoughts of the future, all concerns.
We're peacefully taking in that deep breath again, settling in right here
and right now with such gratitude for the peace that comes with being
only in the now, in that quiet loving place knowing that this call will be
beneficial to all who are participating now and all who will listen to it
later, knowing that the highest and the best is awaiting all of us.
And the only thing we have to do is accept it, allow it, acknowledge it,
appreciate it. We're so grateful for all the healing, surrendering all of our
false thoughts, moving into that expanded space of love and light, which
is our true home, one with all.
And with great joy and gratitude, we willingly share our healing with
everyone. We let it be and so it is. Amen, Amen, Amen.
Dying To Be Me
Okay, I am going to unmute everyone for the moment. For those who
came in after I started, this is Susie. Jennifer is on her way. She is in a cab
from the airport and will be joining us very shortly.
But she called me, oh, a quarter of the hour and asked me to get this
started, which I am so pleased to be able to do. Good evening everyone.

Here is the topic that Jennifer asked that I throw open to you, because
she has asked us to read the Anita Moorjani book Dying To Be Me. And
there's been a couple of posts on the Facebook group about it. And I
would love for somebody to jump in and tell me, tell all of us.
Have you read it? First of all, who has read it? Whoever has read it just
speak up and say, "Yes," anyone?
Mimi This is Mimi. I've read part of it. I'm must say I got the book, oh gosh,
from a friend a couple of months ago and I jumped right into the middle
of the book, rather than starting from the beginning because I wanted to
hear about her experience about this. [audio glitch].

Susie Kristen, I muted you because we were getting echoing. I'm sorry. Go
ahead, Mimi.
Mimi Anyway, I was just curious about her experience, her death experience. I
wanted to read about that and I was just totally amazed. This is
incredibly beautiful. Often I do that. I skip portions of a book when I
know that there's something that I really want to hear about, so I haven't
read the first part yet, just the middle.
Susie Did you read from the middle to the end?
Mimi I don't think so. I just read the experience of her being in the hospital and
being able to After she had died she could hear what people said even if
they were down the hallway. And then I read about her experience of just
being in oneness. Its quite lovely and very comforting.
Susie Would you be willing to expand a little bit on how that affected you, or
in what ways did you reconsider life and death?
Mimi Well, it was just very comforting. Actually I am 72 now. I let go of my
parents and my sister. A lot of my loved ones have passed. It seems like
in the last year I've really been worrying about passing and what the life
might be like on the other side, and not having a whole faith that there's
anything.
So, I guess I have to tag on a little bit to accept that I have faith because
you have faith. You know? Its kind of like from the very beginning of
Masterful Living when you said how wonderful it is to have a prayer
partner. I just jumped on that and it has been incredibly lovely. So,
Im coming from a place of really willing to have faith. And I think her
experience just gave me Im not saying I have complete faith yet but I
have more faith just being in the presence of love and peace.
And being healing and the love and feeling connected with all of Gods
creations just feels very comforting to me and she described that
beautifully and with a lot of humility.
I love to know that she has so much humility and she communicates from
her heart so I felt comforted. In fact, talking about it right now I feel
comforted.
Susie Beautiful, beautiful. And how are you now experiencing those thoughts
about your own death?

Mimi I think my worry has just passed. Yes, at that time which was a couple
months ago, I was quite worried. I was here by myself in South Carolina
and I was having a lot of fear and a lot of dreams of just feeling terrified.
I think it was the book, but it just was, here we've come along another
couple of months in Masterful Living and all the support that I get
from
I consider all of you angels because you're really my higher self speaking
to me. I just feel so much more comforted. I think the worry has just
dropped. I don't think I worry about it anymore.
Susie Oh, that beautiful, beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing that.
Mimi You're welcome. And I just want to say, Susie, oh my gosh. I appreciate
you so much because everything you've said to all of us on Facebook and
these community calls, I remember your saying, Well, I didn't have any
faith at first, but I just held onto everybody elses shirttails and did it that
way. And I feel its similar to me. I have so much faith in you, and also
all of our Masterful Living community, that its sort of like I'm on [audio
glitch] behind all of you being pulled in the right direction. So, I just
wanted to say how much I appreciate you and all of the Masterful Living
community. Thank you.
Susie Thank you, thank you. On a very personal note, this path has been one of
absolute joy for me, not to say its always been fun or easy.
Mimi Oh, really?
Susie But the peace and the joy that I experience now I never ever, ever really
did. The fact that I can honestly say that what I have learned that was
always within me and I never knew was that I love. I love. Love comes
through me and I love and that is just such a gift. You all are a gift to me
because that way I get to love you. I get to share the love.

Allison Its funny. I didn't know this was going to be the topic because I was
getting ready to listen to the call and I looked on Facebook and that
was Jennifer suggested to read that and I read it awhile back.
It was a good book but I didn't love the book. I have read many many
books on life after death and its kind of been something that I got into
when my grandmother died like 20 some years ago, or more.
I've read a lot of books about what happens when you die and I've found
her experience to be I mean she definitely had Its kind of like its all
those books are the same in the way that they express the love and the
feelings that happen when you transition to our natural state.
What I found that I didn't love about the book, and now I feel bad that I
even wrote anything on Facebook because I shouldn't have said I didn't
love it, but its I just found her to be kind of earthbound. You know?
A lot of references were made about her husband and her mother. I mean
during the whole even through her transition. I guess because she was
coming back she had some awakenings and some kinds of insights, so
when she came back she was on a different plane. But it was good. I
didn't hate it but it just wasn't my favorite books on that subject.
Susie Okay, thank you. Thank you for sharing that. I appreciate it.

Jennifer I'm here. I'm very much here.

Jennifer Thank you. Thank you, Susie. What a great help you are to all of us. And
thank you, Allison.

Its just my preference because I find that those little noises are less

Susie It has been my pleasure. Thank you for the opportunity.
Jennifer Yeah. Lets see. We've got a couple comments from folks here about
Anitas book.
Sharon Sharon says, I'm reading it and I love it. I'm reading it so fast that as
soon as I finish I'm going to read it again. It is so awesome. It gives me
such comfort, as the anniversary of my sons passing is this month so
peaceful.
Phil Phil says, I read the book too, and it is so inspiring in a way to love
myself unconditionally which has not been so easy.
Listening to the Holy Spirit
Jennifer Yeah, a couple of people had mentioned the book to me. And I've learned
that when Holy Spirit speaks to me through several people its time for
me to pay attention.
In fact, today I was thinking. I'll just give you an example. Its different
but its a similar kind of a thing where I had been thinking. I don't have
much cash with me, $5, $10 and I didn't really need much cash. I tend to
use my debit or credit cards and don't carry a lot of cash.
I was thinking, Should I go to an ATM and get more cash? Do I need
more cash? And I wasn't really feeling it but it was on my mind. I have
Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of America and so I was in the airport in
New Jersey.
I saw an ATM. It caught my eye and I thought, No, don't go there. And
then when I was at LAX after landing, there was a Bank of America
ATM. It caught my eye.
I thought, Okay, the Holy Spirit is telling me get some cash. Get some
cash, girl. I had no thought that I would need cash. I thought, I'll pay
for the cab with my card and I'm going straight home to do the cash, so
what do I need cash for?
But you know what? I went and I got that $40, or whatever it was, in
cash just to have some cash. I don't know what I need that cash for but I
am learning to listen.
When a couple mentioned Anitas book to me I said, Okay, I think I
need to check this book out. And I actually got the audio book because
one of the primary ways that I receive insight is auditorily.

So, when I hear a persons voice the sound waves are encoded with
information and I intuitively hear a lot more when I can hear someones
voice, which is why I really appreciate the audio book of Zero Limits
because the parts that Hew Len, Ihaleakala Hew Len reads himself, boy I
can just hear in the tenor of his voice, in the timber of his voice that he
knows. He knows. I hear it in the sound of his voice.
With Venerable Dhyani its said that she has the gift of vajra
speech. And what that means is that the sound of her voice is
healing, which is part of why I have her facilitate approximately
nine or so classes each year.
She is my teacher. Shes not everyones teacher, but even just hearing the
sound of her voice is deeply healing, even if we don't understand what
shes saying. There it is.
For me, this is one of the things that we can hear. Someone who has
clarity, we hear it in their voice. Anitas book, I listened to it on audio and
I could hear in the sound of her voice that her experience was real and
powerful.
And to me, what she describes in her experience, her awareness shifting
and opening, its to me very much the teaching of A Course in Miracles, the
unity consciousness and forgiveness consciousness.
It felt like a very pure teaching in a very practical situation because,
hello, many of us when we're identified with the ego, when we're
identified with the body we think things are so limited.
There's a big focus on lack. And here Anita comes along. She has this
experience where shes literally hours from death. She can't hold her head
up. Shes got these open sores. Her organs are shutting down.
She is in her final minutes and everything turns around for her because of
her willingness. Its a beautiful story because she was really there. She
was at the pearly gates, in a sense, so I think she has a lot to teach us.
Everybodys writing style and everybodys personal descriptions are not
for everyone and that's fine. That's fine. You take what you like and leave
the rest.

Hooponopono as Your 40 Day Practice
And one of the things that came to me to really share with you today is I
have been getting over and over and over again from so many different
ways, the message to encourage you even more strongly to practice
Hooponopono and to work with the violet flame right now, both of those
practices, to work with them very diligently.
Now, the great thing is, with both of those tools its so easy. Its so easy.
You don't have to jump through any hoops. You don't have to have a
special outfit. You don't have to have a special time of day or be in a
certain frame of mind. Your mind can be bouncing all over the place.
You can be angry. You can be exhausted. You can be hungry. You can be
whatever situation or circumstance. You can be on your way to pick up
the kids from soccer or you could be making dinner or you could be
standing on line at the bank or arguing a case in court.
It doesn't matter. You can still invoke the violet flame. You can still do
the Hooponopono and it works. Both of these things really really work.
And how you know that they work is that you prove it to yourself.
I'm inviting you to do what I call a 40 day experiment, a divine
experiment, 40 day divine experiment. I've done this each year in
Masterful Living and people have had miraculous results.
The people who do it have miraculous results. The people who don't do it
don't have miraculous results. If you'd like to have miraculous results and
prove God for yourself, do it.
And if that's not something you're not up to, don't do it. Don't worry.
You can do it at any time. You can change your mind. So, heres what I'm
going to invite you to do.
Right now I'm going to invite you to place your hand on your heart and
tune within. Lets take a couple of breaths of love and gratitude here and
be so grateful and so thankful for the love of God that's breathing us
right now as we consciously partner up with our higher Holy Spirit self.
I'm inviting you to call into your mind the thing that most troubles you,
bothers you in this moment, to see if you can isolate one kind of
experience that you're having that you don't like.
Its going to be totally unique and different for everyone something
that you don't like. And I'm also going to invite you to call into mind

something that you'd like to experience that you're not experiencing now,
something that you really would like to experience that you're not
experiencing now.
Its two things. One thing is that you are experiencing what you
don't want to experience anymore and one thing that you would like
to experience that you're not experiencing now.
For the next 40 days or from whenever you start, you can start whenever
you like to put some attention on it every day. Basically from now to
the end of September its not such a very long time, 40 days.
Heres how you're going to put your attention on it. When you think of
the experience that you do not like and would like to shift out of, do a
little Hooponopono. Do one minute.
If you'd like to do more, do more. But one minute isn't very long. If you
don't have one minute to do a Hooponopono about something that is
really bothering you, you must not really be interested in shifting it.
You must not be interested in shifting it at all. And heres how you do it.
You think of it. Think of Hew Len. Think of Doctor Hew Len sitting
there with those files of those patients.
Hes opening the file. There's the picture of the patient, the records of the
patient. Hes sitting there with that file and hes calling that person into
his awareness.
Hes doing the Hooponopono thinking of them. And I've done this where
if its a relationship with a person I'd like to improve that relationship, I
call them into my mind and I do the Hooponopono while thinking of
them.
You can even call into mind while you're doing the Hooponopono, you
can call into mind situations, circumstances with that person that you
didn't enjoy, and do the Hooponopono.
If you'd like to shift something in your body, you want to shift your
weight or your health, think of that body part. Do the whole
Hooponopono, or just think of your whole body and do the
Hooponopono.
Now, that's not very complicated because if there's something in your life
that you'd really like to shift that you don't like, you're thinking about it

anyway, so why not think about it in a way that's useful and healing to
you?
This is the practical application that is required in order to be masterful.
One of the reasons we don't feel masterful is, instead of doing something
that's helpful, we actually will invest more negative thinking and more
negative thinking.
And our self, our higher self which is our true self, we know that that's
not helpful. Its actually working to our detriment, so its one of the
reasons why we get discouraged and feel distressed.
Invoking 40 Days of Violet Flame
The violet flame, you can do the same thing. You can think of yourself
and that person. You can put the two of you in a violet flame bubble. Or if
its something in your body temple you'd like to shift, invoke that violet
flame to soak and saturate every cell, function and fiber of your body
temple.
If its your finances you can think of your relationship to life, really. And
oftentimes financial challenges are related to unforgiveness and
judgment, thoughts of lack that you're consistently energizing.
You know how every single month Venerable talks about energizing the
ideal, so violet flame, what you can think of with the violet flame is what
that action of that violet flame energy, which is part of your own natural
spiritual essence, it is the essence of freedom.
It is the essence of forgiveness. It is the essence of compassion. Its like a
concentrated form of it. Its you focusing with your mind. Its you
connecting with your higher self by means of the violet flame.
You might not understand it. You might not quite get it. For me it
seemed to just become clear in my mind right away. I've never read any
books on it. I won't say that. I've never read any books about the violet
flame that are just about the violet flame.
I have read some about the violet flame, but most of my understanding of
it has come from working with it. When invoking the violet flame you've
got the prayers in the workbook right there. They're beautiful. I've
worked with them for years. They are so perfect.

And you can even just learn and create your own violet flame invocation.
My practice is to invoke it throughout the day many times, but also
particularly to fall asleep wrapped in the violet flame, to wake up, invoke
it right away and soak myself in it before I even get out of bed, and to
always call the violet flame to soak and saturate Mother Earth and all her
beings, all the many kingdoms of the earth.
The action of the violet flame, I think of it like scrubbing bubbles. Do you
remember? I don't know what that product was but it said it had
scrubbing bubbles. You spray this foam and it bubbles up and its like the
bubbles do the work for you.
What they do, those bubbles in that scrubbing bubble thing, is they
loosen the dirt so that you can wipe it away. And the violet flame is much
the same kind of a thing.
The violet flame, its like it loosens up the negative karma, the false
beliefs, all this that's entrenched, and it presents it to you with so much
ease and grace so that you can, as A Course in Miracles would say, Choose
again.
When you're working with the violet flame, if you're paying
attention what you will notice is you will get karmic opportunities
to choose again, karmic opportunities for forgiveness and
compassion and love.
The violet flame, in a sense, isn't going to heal your karma for you but
its going to make it so much easier, because when you're working with
the violet flame you're saying, I am really ready to be masterful. I'm
really ready to let things go. Let me do this with as much ease and grace
as possible.
So, I invite you in the Facebook group to share your ways of working
with the violet flame and the Hooponopono. And I also ask you to
declare what is your experiment going to be. You might say, The
situation in my life that I don't like as it is, that I'd like to change is my
finances, or my relationship with my coworker, or my relationship with
my body, my relationship with my mother, or its I'm feeling blocked
about my creativity, whatever it might be for you.
And then the other side where there's something that you'd like to
experience that you're not experiencing, it may be that what you'd like to

experience is abundance and prosperity. And what you don't want to
experience anymore is a sense of feeling blocked to prosperity.
They might overlap and be very congruent and thats great, because then
you really got super focus in one area of your life. And pray each day to
fully embody and realize the spiritual quality that pertains to this
situation or circumstance or experience or feeling that you would like to
bring forth and masterful in your life.
If it is abundance and prosperity then you're praying to have a full
realization of abundance and prosperity. Again, its the spiritual quality.
Recognizing Your Hearts Desire
Now, in the workbook right at the beginning of the masterful inquiries,
there's a whole section on spiritual qualities. If you've done that work this
will be really easy for you to do.
Its about recognizing that what we'd really like If we think, Oh, I'd
really like to manifest a new car, or I'd really like to manifest financial
abundance, see if you can really tune in and discover what is the spiritual
quality that is represented in the physical realm by this thing that you'd
like to manifest?
You can really focus in on the spiritual quality so you can experience the
answered prayer in the highest and best way versus the way that you
think it might be best realized.
Very often the answered prayer we think is going to be a new job or a
new home or a new relationship, something like that. But it doesn't have
to be. It can be a renewed experience, a renewed appreciation of your
home or your job or your relationship.
It could be you being released from resentments and regrets and upset
and unforgiveness that allows you to feel free and abundant and
prosperous and harmonious and healthy and whole within the
circumstances that are already there for you, and to harvest the wisdom
from your experience and make the most of what is already right in front
of you. That is true liberation.
We don't know how the answered prayer is going to come. We don't
know what the answered prayer looks like, but very much like the deep
desire of the heart, we're tuning into, What does it feel like? when we're
focusing on demonstrating that spiritual quality.

Along with this 40 day experiment where you're using the
Hooponopono and the violet flame and prayer, I'm going to invite
you to go back to those three weeks of Prayer Power. Relisten to
those three weeks of Prayer Power so you have an even better
understanding of prayer, because what you hear in those weeks will be
different than what you heard before because you've had so much
experience since then. So, I'm really inviting you to please go back and
relisten to those three weeks of Prayer Power.
While you're at it, I really encourage you to listen to Stop Playing Small
and to keep going and relisten to a lot of the early classes, because many
people don't take advantage of that but there's so much more for you to
hear in those classes if you relisten to them.
You can go back to the beginning of the year to Class 2 when we did the
visioning for the year. And you can revision again and see what you get. I
think it will be very powerful for you.
The other thing I wanted to share with you in conjunction with this is to
go back to, and this is right at the beginning of Masterful Living, the
Heart/Mind Congruency, to really revisit that because this is so critical,
so key to your success and feeling masterful, the Heart/Mind
Congruency.
Remember, heart/mind congruency. In our heart, if we're holding onto
one thing, I'd like to have a peaceful relationship. I'd like to feel healthy
in my body temple, in my heart, in my mind. And I'd like to experience
that health and that wholeness. I'd like to experience the prosperity. I'd
like to experience the love.
This is what we're holding in our heart, but in our mind we keep going
to, Its not happening. Its not happening. Or if we hold in our heart
that we'd like to be very peaceful and be very loving and patient, but then
in our mind we give ourselves permission to attack, to judge, to be
critical, to control and manipulate our loved ones, then our heart and
mind are not congruent. And if our heart and mind are not congruent,
and they're really incongruent because we are really consciously giving
ourselves permission not to be congruent with our hearts desire, but to
align with the ego and start judging and going into thoughts of lack and
attack.

Then what happens is our sense of personal power just dwindles to
nothing and we begin to feel helpless and confused and despairing and
depressed.
The fastest way to increase your sense of personal power and peace
and equilibrium is to focus on becoming heart/mind congruent.
When you recognize that there is a false belief, you're getting on the pain
train, you're going into judgment, you're building a case, all those things
that we talked about earlier in the year that you can now use the
Hooponopono.
You can use the violet flame. You can use prayer. You get to work with
your tool kit, because in order to truly be masterful you move into doing
the spiritual work. And that's what transforms your life, your heart, your
mind, your thinking.
The folks who are facilitating the Community Call, Susie and Amina and
Helene and Stephen, they're doing the work. They are committed to
doing the work. They have learned to love doing the work. But when
they began they were not heart/mind congruent, not by a long shot. And
it felt very hard for them to get some traction. I know. I remember
exactly what they were talking about.
And they judged themselves and all of that, but they stayed committed to
using the tools. They were willing to prove that it works. And when they
used the tools and it worked, they made a note of it. They talked about it.
They shared with their prayer partners.
They started to really pay attention that they are not victims and that
they are experiencing their thinking and that's whats happening in their
life. We're building on basic tools. If you don't employ the basic tools,
you will nothings going to change for you, really, and so you'll think
that it doesn't work, but it does work. It does work.
In fact, it is the only thing that does. No one can do this work for you,
but everyone can do it with you. If you're feeling that we're coming to the
last four and a half months of the class, and we still have four and a half
months of the class. That's one of the things I love about Masterful
Living.
Even if for the first 9 or 10 months you're just watching on the sidelines,
you're not really in it to win it, you can totally come in at the end and be
a champion because your willingness is the greatest tool that you have.

I'm inviting you to help increase your willingness through these simple
tools of Hooponopono and the violet flame.
Alright, I'm going to pause there and see if anybody has anything they
would like to share, or any questions. *2 if you're on the phone. Sharons
asking about Its a blue moon tonight. Its a full moon and its the blue
moon, which this is the month of the year where there's two full moons in
one month. There can't be a blue moon. Is it blue moon?
Anyway, it is full moon, full moon went full in Los Angeles while we
were talking here. And so yes, that's why I felt to talk about these things
tonight, is to really focus on releasing that which no longer serves.
That's the focus of the full moon is to do a releasing ceremony. I've talked

Kristen Hello. Its a lovely night in Missouri and the moon is full. Its gorgeous
out and the crickets. Do you hear the crickets?

Kristens Miracle of Healing
Kristen Oh, Jennifer, everything you've been talking about tonight, I've been
listening to so much stuff about A Course in Miracles and I loved your
thing today, the pause and listen that Mary Lenahan had. Just what you
were talking about tonight with the heart/mind congruency, I realize
I've been really practicing being the observer to my thoughts, more than
ever in my life the last week or so, and realizing that there's these two I
ams. Its like the I am that I'm loving awareness and the I am of my ego
self, my DVD, my personality.
And its like its kind of neat to be able to, now without judgment I
mean not all the time but I'm getting there to where I can just go, Hmm,
is this my loving awareness self or is this my Kristen the personality
judgment self? And I can choose which one I want to put energy into,
which one I want to affirm.

And it just feels so wonderful that I even have that choice. And before
taking your class, Jennifer, and just all the stuff in A Course in Miracles, I
mean I just feel like I've been trying to just soak all this stuff in lately.
And its so neat to realize that we have a choice. And I felt like such a
victim to my thoughts for so long, and I thought that that's what I was.
And now I go Wow! Actually, even though its a part of me that is still
really new and I feel like I don't know it very well, I was listening to one
of your A Course in Miracles. Yeah, it might have been from the third one.
You were talking about listening to that inner voice. And when its that
voice like when your parents answer the phone or when they're on the
other end and that's a voice that you're used to hearing, and I realize I
haven't known that inner voice because I never listened to it.
I never believed it was there. And now I'm just starting to get an idea of
that. And I just feel so incredibly grateful. You know? But its kind of
that heart/mind congruency that you were talking about.
My heart/mind congruency was just nonexistent, but partly because
I didn't even know what my heart was. I didn't know the deepest
desire of my heart. I just was just totally 100% in my ego self and that's
just all I was and its all I knew.
And this illness, you keep talking about the deepest desire of our heart
and then our [audio glitch]. I mean this illness in the physical form has
just been godawful. But as far as what it has been to my healing of my
heart, it has been my answered prayer because I don't know. My ego
was so strong I don't know if it would have ever been, except for a
catastrophic thing like this to happen to me for me to be willing to
explore that there is another side of me.
And I just feel like its such a gift. And the days when I'm just doing so
poorly physically and I get in that fear thinking, now I go, Oh, you want
to feed that, Kristen, or do you want to feed getting to know your higher
Holy Spirit self more?
I'm choosing that not all the time, but at least its something that I'm
aware of and I just feel so incredibly grateful. And thank you so much for
everything you've done. And the community calls have been wonderful
on Saturdays. I just made the commitment I'm going to go in feet first
and I'm going to do this. You're right, you know? If you do the work
that's when you get the results, and the willingness, praying for that

willingness that you talked about today, its that willingness to do it. And
its hard. Sometimes you don't feel willing.
Jennifer Yeah, its hard. I say all the time because I think its helpful to people,
Kristen. Its the hardest thing I've ever done.
Kristen Oh, God, yeah.
Jennifer And that's why I say it totally kicked my butt and now I have a totally
different butt because my butt got kicked so hard. To hear you share, like
if people are going back, they're listening to earlier in this year, your
voices change so much. Your attitude has changed so much, even just in a
few weeks ago.
I know that we kind of go up and down. There's that spiral. When
we're spiraling up, sometimes it seems as though we're going back
down, but we're actually going back to clear more stuff out and
gaining momentum to rise even higher.
I so appreciate what you're sharing because you have really been working
it, really working and its working. You're realizing what the illness,
what the challenges are for.
Kristen And the Course always said that we release the stuff that no longer
matters because its not real anyways. I think that's the biggest challenge
for me lately.
I've been doing all this wonderful work but physically I'm getting I
mean I at least perceive but physically I'm getting weaker. I'm having
less I'm having a hard time walking, all these things. And I always
thought that what I would get would be back in form because that's all I
ever wanted.
I want to be healthy. I want to go back to my old life. And what I'm
realizing is that kind of stuff in the world of form is not really what
serves the deepest desire in my heart, which is to have a sense of
connection to God, to love, to peace, inner peace.
And that other stuff, even though that's what I thought I wanted, its
really not going to give me that heart/mind congruency. You know?
And I just was like looking in all the wrong places.
Granted its so hard to think. The fear of, Oh, whats the future going to
bring? being a disabled person. But then I keep saying I've been also
Eckert Tolle stuff, so much about mindfulness.

And he says everything about the future and fear is in the future. We can
just stay in the moment and be the awareness of love now. And its
like that has helped me so much because I just keep having to bring
it back to now, love now, now, now, now, now, and practice the
awareness of love now.
And Ram Dass stuff too, I mean so many of these wonderful spiritual
teachers, they all teach the same stuff, and you do too. Part of me has
been the doubting Thomas for so many years.
It says, You know what, Kristen? I see this stuff working. Its being
demonstrated in these peoples lives so it has got to be true. And that
has been so helpful for me to believe that this is true because I see it.
Jennifer Yes! That's it. You're proving it to yourself.
Kristen Yeah, because I do. I have moments where I just really feel peaceful, even
with my body and my life, and things just feel in the physical form,
they're absolutely chaos. I have these moments of just feeling so peaceful.
And I think, Huh, how can this be?
Its because I'm just being in the moment. I'm listening to the crickets.
I'm looking at the moon. I'm just trying to be here now and its really
amazing what a gift that can be.
Jennifer Yes! Exactly. Yeah, you're doing tremendous work. And I would like to,
with your permission, I would like to ask people in the class that, when
you think of Kristen, that you do some Hooponopono because remember.
Any Hooponopono that you do on behalf of Kristen you do on behalf of
yourself because you're one with her and she is a projection of your mind.
She is part of you teaching yourself.
This is one of the things to realize. Sarah, I see you've raised your hand
there. I just want to go to
Wanda Wanda said, Jennifer, can you? And I'm going to mute you out. Is
that okay with you? Can we do Hooponopono for you?
Kristen That would be wonderful and thank you so much. And thank you. I love

Jennifer Yeah, I love you too. Its so good to hear your sharing Kristen. Its
absolutely beautiful. Wanda has written.
Wanda She said, Jennifer, can you give us an example of how to use
Hooponopono in regard to feelings of unworthiness?

Unworthiness and Hooponopono
Jennifer When you feel unworthy, do it right then. Do it right then and notice
how your feelings shift. Notice what thoughts come into your awareness.
Remember that we're getting in the gap between a thought appears in
your awareness and then you decide. Are you going to think that
thought? Are you going to choose to align with that thought?
One of the reasons I love the teaching of Zero Limits, the Hooponopono
teaching, is the teaching around the zero state. The zero state is when
you've cleared your consciousness.
There's purification. There's clarification and so you become aware.
Thoughts appear in your mind. You choose to think them. There is a gap
between the thought coming into your awareness and you choosing to
think it.
There is a tangible gap in there and you do not have to think every that
appears in your mind. In Science of Mind teaching which is what I
studied at Agape, the teachings of Ernest Holmes, he talks about what he
calls the race consciousness.
He talks about the subjective mind. And his teachings are based on
teachings of ascended masters like Jesus. And they're very closely based
on teachings of ascended masters.
He talks about the subjective mind and the race consciousness. There is
divine mind and then there's all the thoughts that any human being has
ever thunk. So you can call that, as Ernest Holmes says, the race
consciousness.
You can think of it like a field of thought, a tangible field of thought
where the thoughts are just in a sense floating there. And so our mind is
the one mind and all of those thoughts are there for us to tune into.
We will tune into them according to what we're interested in. If you're
interested, or focused on that's of lack and attack, like is going to attract
like. Its our thoughts are magnetic.
And so we don't have to think. We don't have to choose to invest
our attention, our awareness, our energy, our agreement into every
thought that appears in our mind.
Having time to be contemplative, to be meditative, gives you an
opportunity to examine the thoughts and say, Is this thought true? Is

this thought a thought that can bring me benefit? If its not but I'm still
interested in it and I like it, what is it that I like about it? Why does it
have value for me?
We can look at that. Sometimes the very best thing is, I've looked at all
those thoughts. I know they have no value for me. I'm not interested in
that anymore.
Its about becoming very discerning and that is only going to happen if
you are paying attention because you're interested in it. You're giving.
You're investing your intention in your own awareness and where your
mind is going.
By now you've learned, as Kristen was so beautifully saying, you don't
have to feel like a victim unless you'd like to, no matter what the
circumstances of your life are.
I saw a very charming movie that I would recommend to everyone. Its
called The Intouchables, or just Intouchables. I-N-T-O-U-C-H-A-B-L-E-S. I
think the best way to think about it is they're in touch with themselves.
Its a French movie. Its about a man whos quadriplegic and his
caregiver. And its funny and its playful and I recommend it.
Using the Hooponopono in regards to unworthiness, when you feel
unworthy use the Hooponopono. When you experience someone else
who seems to feel unworthy, do Hooponopono for them remembering
that you're one with them.
I don't think its really complicated. Okay, so back to Terry in New York.

Angela I was wanting to just say to Kristen that, as a school teacher I feel like
Kristens the student in the first row who keeps raising her hand and
participating. And therefore, shes just having fantastic learning and I'm
just so proud of her.

Angela That was the image I get. And, yeah, I've heard her development over the
calls and its so inspiring, so I wanted to share that. And again, just to
enforce, I'm listening to the first and second calls.
Yet today I did How I Want to Feel which is the first expansion
opportunity you gave us and, instead of just how do I want to feel a year
from now I just said, How do I want to feel every day? And it was so
inspiring.
Jennifer Yeah.
Angela Anyway, I'm just echoing that I'm in such a different place to set my
trajectory, as you said in the first class. And I'm just enjoying it very
much.
Jennifer Beautiful, yeah. Your sharing has been so lovely, Angela, thank you.
Angela Thank you.
Jennifer Yeah, I love that image of Kirsten being the one in the front row whos in
it to win it. I think that's very, very apt. I love that. I got an e-mail today
from Denise who is in England. Shes in the class and she has really been
unnoticeable just the way shes not in the Facebook group. But she, I
hope, will join us. And she was asking a question and I said I would bring
it up in class today.
Denise She is saying, I started to reread Masterful Living from Week 1. Shes
been taking the transcripts with her to the park. Its been very
interesting, and shes been sitting in the park reading and just feeling,
Oneness and great appreciation of the beauty in nature. Around that
time I became very aware of conversations between people that were
centered on the ego.
They made me very uncomfortable emotionally and physically. Quite
spontaneously I remembered to choose love and I realized choosing love
and being loving was such a pleasurable experience. My body felt much
nicer than I was buying into what people were saying into each other.
In the last couple of weeks, a few pieces I needed for my flat, or
apartment, have come to me very easily. She said she had three
clients book sessions with her but they all canceled. And although shes
spotting things that are perfect for her home, shes been looking for over
a year and not found anything.

She says, I'm wondering if I'm focusing on the wrong things or I'm
realizing how much of the energy is taken up thinking about how to get
my flat right. Anyway, any thoughts greatly appreciated.
If Only
Jennifer One of the things that the ego can definitely do is bring us into a place of
things will be better when they're different. Focusing energy on, I need
to get my home right, and what would be the perfect items for the home,
the perfect furnishings and things like that, that would be the ego
because, in truth, the spirit doesn't need anything.
It doesn't need one stick of furniture, not really. And so heres where I
would say do the deep desire of the heart. It can be helpful. So, the deep
desire of my heart is to feel fully comfortable in my home as it is, or just
fully comfortable in my home, to love my home and not think it will be
better when its different because then we're looking towards the future
and we're not present in the now, which is where the flow of love and
prosperity is.
Now, there are all kinds of things with the clients. So, the clients are
booking appointments. That's wonderful. They're cancelling, not as
wonderful, so there's something going on there.
And what I would say to you, Denise, is this could well be the perfect
demonstration of your thinking that you are open to working with the
clients to some degree, but once they book there's something else that's
operating in your awareness that they're cancelling. They're not
following through.
It could be any number of things. And one of the things I would
encourage you to do is to relisten to those three weeks of Stop Playing
Small, also the Prayer Power classes, all six of those classes.
That's why they're right there in the beginning so that hopefully by now
you have all relistened to those classes because they're critical. And the
material in those classes, that is material I've studied for years and years
to fully understand it.
So six weeks, you can't. I think it would be an exceptional student that
had done a lot of work that can hear all six weeks of those classes and
really get it first time around.

Those six weeks are critical to the rest of the year, so I really encourage
you now. If you would like to be a rock star for the rest of the year, and I
just I don't mean that you need to be more noticeable than anybody
else, but if you'd like to feel like a spiritual rock star in your own mind, to
feel really successful, go back and listen to those six weeks of classes
again and hear what you did not hear the first time around.
Read and listen if you can because you absolutely will hear things that
you did not hear before. One thing about having clients, customers,
students is, and this is one of the very first things I learned when I
started spiritual counseling.
My clients are not the source of my income. My students are not the
source of my income. My source is God. It is not a person. It is not a
place. It is not a thing. My source is love. I am fully funded by God.
And if I am thinking that any person, place or thing, any job, any bank
account, whatever it is is my abundance or prosperity, my ability to pay
my bills, then I am in limitation thinking.
I'm in lack thinking. If I'm in lack and limitation thinking, I'm going to
experience lack and limitation. So I really focused in to absolutely know
with all my heart that my source was the unlimited love that I am.
And in the ascended master teachings Mother Mary is the greatest
teacher of true abundance. And why? Because she represents the
immaculate heart.
The immaculate heart holds nothing against anyone, knows perfect love
for everyone, so Mother Mary represents that. Quan Yin represents that,
as well. And that is the key to true and total abundance, because true and
total abundance is knowing that you are God. You are love. You are
unlimited. You are unprecedented. You are prosperity. You are
abundance.
This is why in the Workbook Number 2, that focus on those spiritual
qualities and understanding them as your true identity, as your true
nature and cultivating an awareness of these qualities as your essence, as
your nature, as your inheritance.
Oftentimes there are especially for spiritual students and counselors
and healers and people like that. And Denise does healing work. There is
a sense of unworthiness because for a spiritual teacher, a healer, someone
in that field, if you hold onto judgments, criticisms, thoughts of lack and

limitation, you'll feel unworthy of working with a client. Its just your
own judgments.
Homework Invitations
So, forgiveness, self-forgiveness is the key. Work with the
Hooponopono. Work with the violet flame. But I really I don't think I
can say it any better than I said it in those Prayer Power and Stop
Playing Small classes. I encourage everyone to go back and to listen to
those.
Alright, we are at time here. I do encourage you to do full moon
ceremony, a releasing ceremony. Very simply you've got three days to do
your full moon ceremony. You can invite a friend over and do it.
Very simply you can set the environment. You can do it as sophisticated
or as simple as you'd like. Set the environment. Burn some incense or
some smudge. Light a white candle. Have a glass of water. Sit down.
Write out that which you are releasing, not that you want to release in
the future. You're releasing it now.
And then pray over it. And I love to do a fire puja, so if you have a
burning bowl or you have a fireplace where you can burn that, what
you're releasing. And just burn it up in the fire and release it to the action
of divine law and know that it is released because your knowing is the
key to your success.
Alright, any final questions or comments before we pray out? Its so good
to be with you. Its such a time for our healing. It is such a time. We are
so blessed. I encourage you do even just 60 seconds of spiritual practice a
day. Just 60 seconds, you'll be amazed at the results, truly. Get on your
divine experiment. Be clear about what you're releasing and what you'd
like to step into and make the commitment.
For 40 days, its not so hard. Take a few minutes a day, 5 to 10 minutes a
day. Do spiritual practice. Say a prayer what spiritual qualities you're
embodying, some Hooponopono, invoke the violet flame and prove God
to yourself.

Closing Prayer
Let us place our hand on our heart and be so grateful and so thankful for
the love of God showing up as each one of us. Let us be so grateful and so
thankful that we're inspiring each other.
Let us be so grateful and so thankful that, if we've been entirely unwilling
until this moment and we have a little mustard seed of willingness, that's
all that's needed for our healing.
And we are truly placing on the holy altar fire of divine love everything
that no longer serves us. We're opening our hearts and minds to the
highest possibility of healing. We're calling it forth. We're accepting it.
We're allowing it and we're receiving all manner of divine support. In
grace and in gratitude, we share the benefits with everyone. In grace and
gratitude, we let it be and so it is. Amen. Amen, Amen, Amen.
And spirit is telling me to remind you, too, that if there's somebody in
your life that seems to be challenged, or that you have fear for, so
sometimes a parent might feel concern for their child, that kind of a
thing, or maybe you're concerned for your spouse, we've got many people
with different situations, do the Hooponopono for them like I website
suggesting that you do it for Kristen.
Just a couple of minutes a day will mean so much. And you'll see. I love
