Oversee the high school ministry spanning 4 regional campuses. Leading / coaching campus student pastors Manage financial annual budgets for the high school ministry Carry out the churchs vision of creating passionate disciples that are Belonging, Growing, Serving and Reaching within the student ministry Recruit, equip, disciple and oversee adult volunteer team of mentors to help carry out the vision of CCC (50+ volunteers) Lead student groups ranging from 15-350 on domestic and international trips; emphasizing service, evangelism, discipleship and student leadership development. Plan and execute pre-trip training. HouseGroups multiply when the home has an average attendance of 45 students 3 weeks in a row. This process involves recruiting, training and equipping of Host Homes, Point Leaders and Small Group Leaders. As well as vision casting to students and adult leaders. o Influenced a desire for musical praise and worship and implemented worship in the HouseGroup system o Recruited to be part of select group of pastors able to communicate during weekend services o Redesigned announcement videos for the HouseGroups o Co-designed a Student Care Ministry to minister to students struggling with issues like addiction, self harm, depression, broken homes, abuse and other kinds of pain o Cultivated parent ministry by creating a Parent HouseGroup o Created social media presence
